AirVape Shipping thread

haven't heard anything since the initial email about them coming in july. I ordered on 4/15 - I just wish there was some actual update from the company
The thing I find most frustrating about this is it hasn't updated on their website and is estimating arrival by the end of July still, which sounds impossible for any kind of new purchase made now.

I hope this is a short lived frustration and they acknowledge an update to something more accurate with an August/September estimate or better yet, get these things out to us by the end of July. But, from what it sounds like that likely will not be the case with customs. Here is to hoping it is a full container that is coming through first so everyone here waiting months are not waiting even longer.

Just received an email from customer service:

"We’re currently waiting for the remaining batches, which are expected to arrive within the next 2–4 weeks.

While we don’t follow a specific number system, please rest assured that orders are being fulfilled in the order they were received. Based on the current schedule, we estimate that your order will ship within the next 2–4 weeks."

Big time bummer...
Wonder why I didn’t get this email was this from you contacting them

Last night I had a dream. I had a shipping confirmation email from Apollo/Airvape EU and I rang my buddy who ordered three days after me to tell him!

Unfortunately it was just a dream. However I'm turning off notifications for this thread as it is clearly affecting me :rofl:

I don't know how many people work directly for Airvape but if you want a PR and marketing consultant; I have a wealth of experience from both a manufacturing as well as administrative perspective.

I remain patiently waiting
 
I got the same boiler plate email yesterday after I wrote them:
"Hope your day is going well! My name is XXXX -- your customer support representative. Thanks for reaching out to follow up -- I'll do my best to help you with this!
Our manufacturer is shipping the PRO 2 units in batches. The first shipment has already arrived at our warehouse, and our fulfillment team has started sending out some of the pre-orders. We’re currently waiting for the remaining batches, which are expected to arrive within the next 2–4 weeks.

Seems to be in the air ... Phase 3's manufacturer had machine troubles and pushed the ZXLs back some too. I figure it's a gentle reminder that I have plenty of other toys to play with while I wait. It's actually quite educational (and fun) to see how much experience effects technique and how much technique can change a kinda meh device to a hey that's not too bad ...

Ordered 4/15 to the US, order # 20852XXX. No updates yet. First Airvape purchase but reading through the threads I was anticipating some delays. At $100 I'm not too worried, but it does kinda stink to hear at the end of July that many of us will still be waiting 2-4 weeks before we get shipping confirmations. I think if I had paid full price or even $169 I would be a little more annoyed.

Oh well, plenty of other toys to play with in the meantime!

The delays are definitely dampening the launch. I would have liked to see AirVape actually participate in the launch of their vape. Instead it seems like the only word from AirVape comes from customer service replies being relayed here.

I would have figured they'd have more of a plan, and have an actual launch event to hype people up. Instead it feels like the launch fizzled out before even taking off. Silence from AirVape, no sign that they're excited about this launch.

I'm still excited to get my vape, but I really feel like AirVape missed a huge opportunity to create hype and increase sales.

Hey @Gary-Airvape , let me and @Wiccaman know if you need help with any future launches. I have experience with social media management and article writing, and it sounds like Wiccaman has their own wealth of knowledge.

Hey at least airvape gave a discount and preanounced their product. They coulda been jerks like pax said nothing and drop a new one full price. Waiting months for a better priced than half off upgrade code is a small l to take for the overall big W.

Nobody has gotten out their pitchforks and stormed the castle at this point? (I've seen that happen recently and this ain't it.) Repea after me: serenity now, serenity now, serenity now🤣

Very true! I got in at the $100 point so I'm finding it hard to complain. If AirVape had been a bit less optimistic with their release date and stocked up more before sending the first wave of shipments out then that would have cut pretty much all of the complaints out.

Or if they would just communicate at all - I am not particularly upset about not having the device yet but the company's lack of update is annoying

As for the rest, I truly appreciate your patience, I'm melting every time when come and readthis forum, yeah there was so much crap going on the factory, I screem sometimes. We where optimistic once again, but got burned in the "traffic wars, let's wait, assembly got delayed, etc shit" can't even tell you how sorry we are!

We still try our best!
