Just received the same email. Getting all excited now. :D

Can any seasoned Legacy users give me a heads-up what I should buy in the meantime? Is it worth getting the dosing caps?
Great question. I'm not typically a dosing capsule person with my dry herb vapes but thinking about getting the loading tool.

the loading tool and capsules are definitely better than any accessory from any other mfg, by far the easiest cap system to load ,unload and refill and gold tastes better than ANY OTHER alu, SS, capsule . but if you like loose herb messing up your electric roaster you don't have to use them!

ps the capsules work great in a TM2 also! and the loader tool works great for any14-16mm bowl, it's cleaning brush is a nice bonus.
it's like a golden bowl to keep your precious herbs from escaping the oven

I guess I didn't pay attention to my invoice after completing my sale, but mine went through at the full retail price - not including the $100 reduction for the MARYJANE discount code. I'm sending them an email. For anyone else who has contacted them by email, how responsive have they been?

Hey budski, I've looked on delta site but can't find this insert (the green one with loading tool).
Have you a link or additional details.
Cheers

I'm sure they'll sort it out for you, CS usually responds in a day or 2.
She was Elena on the Spot yesterday with an out of policy offer to give me a refund of the difference when the device shipped. Today (at what appears to be 4:45am her time) she was cool and canceled my original order so I could use the code (it still works). I just hope I don't fall too far down in the queue! Also hoping for some 7/4 or 7/10 sales on these accessories, at AV, 3D or otherwise. BTW, is AV the only source for the dosing capsules?

Ive been on the struggle bus. My avlp is broke and leaking. Dropped my lobo and it doesn't turn on and living off a potv one trying to hang on until I see the new avlp lol.
Healthy rips fury 3 if you need a crutch through bro- i actually wish I got that instead of the rogue 2 cause my manlet hands don't like the size of the rogue body and the bowl isn't much bigger. Pass through charging makes battery size a non-issue.

I didn't intend for my comment to come off as me being impatient but rather me being excited, I haven't been this hyped for a vape in quite a long time. Okay, maybe it was a little bit of impatience lol. What can I say? I was stoned and my excitement got to me. My 'it's early July.' comment was meant in jest since we weren't even 48 hours into July.

Back onto the vape. Has anyone removed the fabric from the AVLP to clean it and glued it back on? I'm considering attempting that when the V2 arrives, but I'm not sure I can get it on as neat as it is from the factory.

This is my first air vape. In regards to vapour quality, what should I be expecting?
Taste is great, one of the best I ever had. Cooling is also very impressive for such a small device, but there are certainly vaporizers with better cooling. It's not as powerful as something like a Tinymight, but still very powerful. If you set the temperature high enough you can extract a bowl in 2 or 3 draws no problem, although I personally prefer longer sessions at lower temps. I think the sweet spot for this vaporizer is about 175-185°C depending on the strain, if I use dosing capsules I increase the temperature slightly.

Of course I can only speak for my first gen AVLP, but I'm not expecting the V2 to be any worse in this regard

196c or 385f is my fav setting out of stock mouthpiece- stock everything tbh steampunk
i always session 5 min but never use all five min. never caps anymore too much trouble- the loading/cleaning tool is a must for me. i always get a avb puck on the adjustable wheel and knock it into a avb jar. then a iso cleaner wipe down.
i do really deep clean every week or 2 depending on use weed amts and # bowl counts.
my avlp se unit never lets me down-good battery life too. i do concentrate only oil and diamonds withe flower sandwich btw/ you can do oil with the mesh pad but clean it afterwards. i also turn unit upside down if i don't clean to keep oil out of oven holes. let goo go on wheel not oven that way while it cools

Unclogging those holes and restoring airflow is a nightmare, and exactly why i need this avlp 2. Cmon shipping notification!

i've been playing with lower heat setting with causing a lesser high vapor and dark avb.
did this for the og avlp and avlp se models that are totally stock.

i have found 360f at 5 min session, to be perfect sipping temp setting, it makes cool, decent vapor clouds. this repeatable method is based-off using their loading tool, full load, and clean oven, plus a clean, fully screwed down, gold wheel sizer.
when session is complete, the avb is nice med brown avb puck that sits on top of metal gold wheel .
then just push the avb puck into your avb storage container.

edit open door upside down so the puck doesn't fall off.

I totally agree with everything you have said here...this is exactly what I do as well...the temp is crucial...keep it at 340 to 365 for the awesome taste...truly awesome taste.
