It's still on sale on that site for a pretty large discount. Does anyone know if that retailer has the older or newer revisions of the Venty? With the ridged oven

Nice scoop but for me nothingbetter than "La mixette" my most precious acessory.
Last weekend i was placing an order for some accessories at DocteurVaporisateur (my first time ordering there) and right at that moment i read your post about La Mixette and that reminded me that i always liked the looks of it but never saw it available anywhere so since i was ordering from a french shop i checked and stoked to see they had it available!!
Added it to my order and it should be en route to me as we speak!

Hoping it will be perfect for loading my Reloads with fresh grind! Using a similar metal tray now but looking forward to the flexibility of the leather!
Thanks for the perfectly timed reminder! 👍

I think the vendor is based out of Seattle but also operates in Canada. He did offer to honor the 25% off which makes it $337. Tempting but I already have mine and can wait until a 420 or Black Friday sale when lots of places have it on sale. Respond back if you got the cancellation and see if you can get the 25% off if you are still trying to get one for less than the going rate of $450ish…

I wouldn't have been bothered if they had offered to sell it at their cost. It was _their_ mistake after all. That wasn't their offer at all. I was told, although more politely than I speak, to just suck it up. From some person who boasts of having a MBA. Maybe they missed the class on customer service.

It's OK. I'll stick with the current small lists of wizards I do business with and avoid the frauds.

I just received a free Seal Ring Set from Storz & Bickel today for a Venty. It was billed to Guest- Magento Customers. Did anyone else get this? Does anyone know what a Magento Customer is?

Interesting, I placed an accessory order about 1.5 weeks ago, using the $30.00 credit for the defective device swap. I received everything, except the (2) Venty “SEAL RING SETS”, that were on the order and paid for. The order said “complete”. I wrote them, and today I received the 2 sets. I checked on the U.S. S&B site, they still show as “out of stock”, but it looks like they are now catching up on these filter sets….

So I decided to switch back to vaporizing flower after years of dabbing. The venty has worked well so far. Had one experience I was wondering if others are having a similar experience?

I'm encountering an ER05 error when using the Venty vaporizer during long inhales. Here's my setup:
  • Temperature set to 410°F
  • Airflow set to level 1 (Low)
  • Using dosing capsules
  • Utilizing a water pipe with a whip adapter
I can finish a dosing capsule in one hit. However, during a long inhale, I receive an ER05 error after about 40 seconds. I perform a continuous inhale and do not exhale into the unit.

Any idea why this might be happening?

Dude, 40 seconds, it thinks you are trying to hurt yourself and it wants to save you... Actually, I have no idea, but it's known for some odd error codes that mostly self-correct. There is probably some "watcher" code in the controller that looks for abnormal operation, and it thinks you are abnormal :)

Wow, haven't seen you around here in a while!

I never took a 40 second hit, but I've definitely encountered E05 with long draws. It seems to happen at something closer to 20 seconds for me though. I never really worried about it cuz I don't normally hit it for that long, at least not since I settled into using it at max airflow almost all the time.

E05 means blowing into the device instead of inhaling. I’m on my third Venty unit and both my previous ones were easily triggered into e05 by lips still on the mouthpiece while exhaling. Inhaling for 40 seconds may be triggering e05 as well. Most probably exhaling so much vapor after a 40 seconds hit is what triggers e05.
I could trigger e05 also when blowing air on the Venty oven, with no cooling unit on top. Can you? My third unit with ridged oven does not.
I am stuck at level three of airflow and do pretty long draws myself. imho you are eligible for a new unit (RMA).

Number Four VENTY For myself, number three Was perfect then would not turn on. Still Loving the VENTY And May be the best Overall Vaporizer in my Collection of TEDs(Thermal Extraction Device),Portables And Desktop Vaporizers. It Just Is,I Do like to change devices ,depending on mood, environment or other situations where a different device makes more sense For the moment. Cheer to everyone and Cheers to Storz & Bickel onthe VENTY.

Wow, shades of the OG Crafty there!
I had four of those in about a years' time before upgrading to a Mighty.
Not sure of the Mighty plus release problems when It was released, that’s my timeline of Starting Vaping and Getting vaping devices. The M+ another Great device and was perfected by the time I got mine . I am okay with the Perfecting the VENTY As I was according to S&B ‘ one of the First Buyers. Cheers
