Well shux, I sent pics to 420engineer and the injector is normal.

The screen on the heater injector isn’t flat. There is an obvious bulge where balls have grouped together, maybe that could be causing it? I need to figure out how to post pics.

Really cool design/form factor, beautiful woodwork. My unit must have an issue unfortunately. If I go lower temp the uneven roast is even more pronounced brown/green. This occurs while drawing the slowest comfortable speed.

I just checked and it is also happening to a lesser degree with the stem also. If I hit the same bowl multiple times the center looks almost combusted on 6 with green around the edges. Fast or slow same result. Temp setting doesn’t appear to impact roast pattern, just how quickly it gets baked
