Yes, and most ecig devices as well. I have a slew of them lying around. Although every now and then, one particular cable won't work on a given device but will on another. Never have quite figured that out. Most often they are interchangeable, though.

I bought mine from PIU and had it three days later. My experience...I detected a very faint plastic odor on first and second heat-up -- never any taste at all -- and the smell dissipated and completely disappeared after the third session.

My experience was exactly yours, I think. Plugged the Alternate into the port, clicked on the upgrade button, and boom. It was done in less than one second. My thought was "Okay, did anything happen or....?" Followed the simple instructions to set the timer, and worked exactly as promised...

The firmware upgrade is super easy and gives you the ability to extend the countdown timer, which is huge. The 60 seconds were not nearly enough for me. I'm liking 3 minutes. Once you establish the settings you like, use is simple. And very effective.
