No. Why would you mind the patina? You can polish it with Barkeeper's Friend and then it will oxidize again.

Got it in November last year, never looked back. It's my daily driver. I do think it's important to pair it with a capable torch or IH. I use it all the time. I would always recommend the Tornado for medical users because the extraction is so complete. Also, you can make it as terpy as you want...

A button press of about 2 seconds at most. Definitely not more, you can combust easily that way. Placing the ferrocore on the inlet holes is also powerful. My feeling is that because of the construction of Tornado heat distributes fastest from those points.

Halfway down the heat shield. I had an old anvil stem with the xl mouthpiece and that worked. It's basically the half rig. I feel no need for a different stem. A wood heat shield would balance like that too, because of the similar length

I never clean the bowl anyway. I don´t use screens. I don't clean the tornado oven from the outside (very authentic patina) and I do ISO and a pipe cleaner once in a while and that's it. I'm a vape slob and to me, Tornado is very easy to get along with.

I do the same. I have a rather posh cigar case that I "inherited" and it holds the tornado, my wrench and the little poker thingie I use to clean out the bowl. And the vestratto case as a handle, and I use that also as a stash

Exactly. Such a pity that there isn't a dedicated tornado utility case with a cap in which the Tornado can fit.

When I started out with Inductor, I was very cautious not to combust, so I kept to a low voltage, 22 V max, "painting" the device and pushed that up to 26 V. In the belief that I had to heat up the entire device with the Inductor. But I learned another way. Max voltage (28V), give short blasts...

Inductor was a game changer for me. I like that I can spot heat. How I heat/use the Tornado now vs when I just got the Inductor: huge difference.
