I leave my bubbler for home use and keep the sleek Crafty for on the move. I’ve had 6 Crafty and never run into over heating that I needed it.

Can someone help me find the iPhone app for crafty? I fave my 3rd registered device so I deleted the app, now I can’t find it through the istore or S&B webpages to reinstall.

I’ve had great experiences with S&B customer service. Fill out the repair request and find see what they say. The repair may be worth it. They may send a new unit at discount. Cross your fingers and give it a try. Great customer service!

The Crafty is quite the tool. I just got my 2nd on warranty. Expensive but when you are actually trying to vaporize there is no gimmick. You want convection and conduction for fast vaping the S&B have figured it out. The battery has been the most difficult component, but I have had no problems...

On my 2nd crafty.... the battery is at full charge and when I turn the power on the unit starts to heat but then shuts down and flashes blue/red as though the battery is too hot. I can do this repeatedly as long as it cools in between. What can I do replace the heater? Battery? Is the thermostat...
