Grrr! Just had my second PAX2 power button go bad. (1 year after being replaced the first time for the same thing).
I've emailed PAX Support but haven't gotten any action (since Friday).
Sad that I have to come here to complain in order to potentially get some attention on the warranty...

Make sure to secure PAX well to protect it during transit, include your charger (but no other accessories, as they may not be able to be returned).

I cant get mail on vaca where I'll be. I got the label (thx), and am sending the unit out today. Anything you can do to get it sent back/replaced is great. I'm back home Friday night, so sending it to my home address is fine (its in support ticket and package I mailed).
They are waiting for some internal team to "authorize my device was made by PAX"?? I sent the units serial number in when I filed the support ticket Friday morning ... that should take 2 seconds to validate right? Between this and the video I was asked to make ... it feels like we've wasted...

Tonight I hooked up my new F-Bomb (18mm version from Planetvape.ca) to the Plenty!!
Used a little 1/2"IDx5/8"OD High Temp silicon tubing to help seal the 18mm F-bomb to the outside stem of the Plenty, about 1/2" of tubing (not in vape path).

I'm VERY interested in this setup, can you share or show exactly what kind of gong you are using between the Plenty and the F-bomb? Do you know if they sell F-bombs to smoke shops or do you have to buy it from Planetvape.ca?

Yeah, my wax vaped a little, then melted into the upper gong stem with just a basket, and one extra screen, no cotton/bud. I will have to learn the gong reclaim trick. :)
Agree about putting it on a nug and then having the nug get "done" before the wax.
