My solo is only a few months old but starting to experience this. It's understandable in electronics for small buttons like these to miscaliberate for one reason or another. I'll keep trying to manage it and message customer service if it gets worse.

I wouldn't worry... electronic device manufacturer over caution to cover all bases is par for the course. If Bowle were that fragile this thread would be filled with complaints. I didn't know to follow most of the directions and it took me physically damaging my device by mistake to receive...

New user here...I stuck my finger in my brand new Bowle and broke a sensor—a costly lesson from not reading and following the user guide. Thankfully Tafée was able to service the device.
