I replaced mine as posted above and it works like new. Don't use it much but it works now at least. The Haze batteries are protected 18650 batteries which are longer than standard protected. both protected and no protected come in button top or flat top. Haze ones are button top.

Well my 2 vapes were made by companies who went out of business. $5 part when needed will relegate them to the garbage. Sucks

I don't (didn't lol) see the Dual as being at a disadvantage because you could (if needed) bring along extra batteries, cans, mouthpieces etc. Those were advantages in my eyes. I never considered a Square because I thought the built in battery was a BIG step backwards from the Dual that had...

Vapir Rise is on demand if you remove the bowl from the unit as soon as you turn it off. No grind with just breaking bud into pieces by hand works best. Not a portable but if using in home environment it doesn't matter too much. And I agree when Scott left things went downhill.

I thought this was in the works judging from the way they were responding to customer service requests. A healthy company does not operate this way.
