Are you half-packing the dosing capsule? That's what the manual suggests and it worked well for me.

I really enjoyed my first session with it though, the heater was pretty strong. Chill 10 minute session on the 2nd lowest and middle temperature. Mouthpiece got a little hot, but I think I'll just try the longer stems to fix that.

I worry that senior users / medical users might have a hard time getting it open the first time to remove the plastic slip.

Anyone else find the battery door a little finnicky?

I've really enjoyed testing this E-Rig so far. Taste isn't the best but the bubbler does a great job at cooling.

I actually found it easier to just smoosh whole flowers into them, I do agree they're a bit fiddly.
