Their CS on IG told me the v2 devices are held up in Kentucky. My atty worked for one brief sesh but not after I tried to crank it back up. CS said there’s a resistance issue and that holding off until the v2 comes is probably best. The v2 atty and the v1 unit aren’t working that well together...

Just got a notification something’s shipping from Harrisburg PA. Could this be the Carta v2 unit? My v1 and v2 atty’s are set to arrive today too so I’m excited about revving up the Carta again later. Yay!

I would like this only to show solidarity. I don’t feel so bad I guess, since it’s only been a week for me. And I got my xplor yesterday to sate my concentrates urges that the Carta has aroused.
