T2 US shipping update I currently have a few parcels en route to the US with different couriers to test what happens. I’m still waiting for them to arrive, so the newsletter announcement will be delayed by a couple of days to allow me to assess the situation more thoroughly. It's very likely...

It’s noticeably different; the aluminum is much brighter silver. It will match the brushed aluminum Reload, all colors will be matching with the Reloads.

There will be a tool for it eventually that slots into the grooves below the MP thread on the inner tube. You might have received a C shaped plastic part that you can use there in the meantime, smooth-ish side facing the threaded end. First press in the screen to full bowl and then push it...

I’ve arranged some non-magnetic induction sleeves for the T2, which should help reduce the power output and fix the error on the wands if nothing else works.

There are devices with more mass, and it works. It’s a surface effect, so it’s more about the width of the head and whether it’s ferrous, as far as I know. If the internals haven’t changed recently, then I think it can only be the batteries. Which batteries do you use?

V2 runs at a slightly higher power, but I don’t have issues even with the original batteries that are years old. Same with fully charged batteries? Never heard of this issue before, unfortunately. :( With the same adapter I would recommend +50C for the V2

Their stock will be on the way tomorrow, it should arrive around the middle of next week.

it shouldn't be able to spin, is the indicator housing installed correctly? it has to slot into the titanium cap before you can tighten it just like on the V1, there's a big gap otherwise.

The CU is slightly bent by default, preventing it from spinning inside the tube. You should tighten the mouthpiece, otherwise the heat shield will spin when you try to unscrew the cap.

Both are correct, 12.75 at the induction sleeve and 13.8 around the bowl which is the thickest part.

That should work up to 800 USD total. Talks with China seem to be starting this week, hoping for some good news soon. More stock is only expected around the end of next week, maybe there’s a solution by then.

Yes, just remove the indicator housing and you should be able to see where the outer end with the bend should be slotted into, similarly to v1. It might have been pushed too far down

Sorry about that, I’m fairly sure that it’s just that the outer end of the spring is below its groove; you should be able to just pull it up into its groove, and that should fix it. There are a few parcels on the way with the possible $100 tariff through USPS to test what happens. If that’s...

The new induction sleeve is much thicker, so it can’t be pressed into an oval shape (like how the DV caps work) to be adjustable without loosening the screw. On the V1, after a long while, it can loosen, but you just need to take it off and press it together a little to make it more oval, and...
