Arizer is going to take a look at my unit which is progress at least. They're not convinced there's an issue with it, but I'm certain they'll agree that it's not performing properly once they get their hands on it. Hopefully I'll at some point soon be able to put a solo to good use! I'm anxious...

Here's a picture of one of my bowls after it gave out, packed far tighter than I usually have it, and far greener than it should be compared to how it operated a few days ago. I set it to 7 and take 2-3 good draws before it stops heating. And by stops heating, I suppose I mean relatively but...

I give it more than enough time to keep up so my assumption is that it stops heating. It's an M1C1 unit.

New user here. I received my Arizer Solo a few days ago and while I love the product and at first it worked flawlessly, as of last night it seems the heating chamber just doesn't stay warm after a bit of use. I can get a few good hits out of it at first but quickly it just drops off and leaves...
