I asked in email by replying to the case update for my issue. I'm not too worried about it. It'll get here when it gets here. I'm just happy it's moving along.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I'm going to send it in. I think it's the device or dock, as it's not charging at all. The only way I can connect with the app is when it's docked, and it shows the batteries as red/depleted. No activation with either buttons. Thanks again!

Also, the battery isn't getting warm like it normally would as it "charges".

Are you thinking the device killed the batteries?
