I asked in email by replying to the case update for my issue. I'm not too worried about it. It'll get here when it gets here. I'm just happy it's moving along.

I also asked how and when they'll be shipping it, but they ignored that question. The process has been a bit slow...
Thanks for the replies, guys. I'm going to send it in. I think it's the device or dock, as it's not charging at all. The only way I can connect with the app is when it's docked, and it shows the batteries as red/depleted. No activation with either buttons.

I have 2 batteries that were both working last night, and now they both seem to be dead.
I was vaping with people last night, so I charged one completely and we all vaped. I then put the other battery in to charge as well. Then this morning the activation buttons...
