Just so Dab HAppy!
So if you want to know if your Mi has shipped, PM me your city and state and I can let you know.

4 have delivered so far of the first batch of 16. I can tell where the next 12 are going and one is to me today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can I put more exclamation points...I am so close to taking the rest of the day off. HAPPY 420!!!!!

My package weighs significantly more than the others. Most are about .5 lbs while others are 1 lbs even. Mine is 1.2lbs so hopefully RBT connected all the dots and has my charger and batteries in there that were ordered for the Zion.

Will all orders or those for international shipping be given usps numbers at all so they can be tracked, I worry about stuff In the post going walkabout even being in the relative safety of the U.K. Postal system, when I say safety I mean to say I've not had anything go missing before :)

Just so Dab HAppy!
Of the 16 orders I can currently track, one is cyberguy's, one is mine and 4 were delivered yesterday. That leaves 10 lucky US only purchasers to get their unit by no later than this Friday. The 16 orders I can track have no overseas destinations. They are all US.

I can only track these because of a glitch I found out with UPS. If someone overseas does receive theirs please PM me and I can see if the same trick will work for overseas orders if UPS was used.

Welp, we hit page 50, and as promised, I'll list everything needed to get started with the Milaana. I've done some price comparisons, quality comparisons, and have found these options to be the very best, but don't quote me on that.

Batteries:
Almost positive RBT uses LG 20A High discharge 3.7v 2500mah batteries, in other words, LGDBHE41865 (LG 18650HE4). After much web searching and reddit reading, one of the most reputable vendor I could find is Illumn.
http://www.illumn.com/batteries-cha...18650he4-2500mah-high-discharge-flat-top.html
These seem to be the exact batteries, and I ordered 3. Very cheap, reputable, and will provide free shipping if you can match with enough people to, I believe, $40. Not exactly sure though on the free shipping quote, but somewhere around there. If not, shipping is around $4.20
Three batteries for me AND a 4 pack case holder (already came with a 2 pack holder because I ordered over 2+ batteries) came out to $20.15 shipped. Again, that is three batteries, a 2 pack holder, and a 4 pack holder.

Chargers: (Every price you see is BEFORE coupon codes!) I believe coupon code LVsocial17 (17% off) still works (you receive it by liking their facebook page upon checkout), also, LV15 (15% off) should most certainly work. This website provides free shipping!!!!
Now...you can also get chargers from Illumn, but I found a less expensive option, already received mine, and have verified the serial number that it is indeed authentic. I recommend the Digitals, either 2 or 4, depending on your usage, how many friends you have that like to vape, and how many other vapes you have that can use this charger.

The i4: http://www.lightningvapes.com/produ...r-for-li-ion-nimh-nicd-18560-500-350-aa-aaa-c ($20)
This is the most economic option. Four slots, great price ($20 so you don't need to click on ink). Doesn't have digial readout, but instead has bars to indicate how charged your batteries are.
(the i2 is also an option but isn't listed on this site, seek elsewhere)

The D2: http://www.lightningvapes.com/products/nitecore-d2-digicharger ($21)
This is the cheapest digial version of the nitecore series, as it only has two slots, but gives a nice digital readout of the mA charging, the voltage, time charged, and level of battery life. Can also change the rate of charge if you wish.

The D4: http://www.lightningvapes.com/products/nitecore-d4-digicharger-1 ($25.50)
Exact same thing as the D4, except with the 4 slots as opposed to 2.

Don't forget, all the prices listed above are BEFORE the COUPONS! Just add one of the coupons I listed for a better deal!

Charger was $22.65 for me out the door (after tax) and I got the D4 using a coupon code listed.

Keep in mind! Lots of people enjoy using Xtar chargers. I have absolutely no understanding of these chargers, and so my research wouldn't be as accurate as for the Nitecore chargers. If you find an awesome link for Xtar, with good prices, and proven reputable, feel free to toss it my way and I'll add it to the list.

Battery Cases:
B
attery safety is VERY important! Always have space to store your batteries, and never carry loose batteries in your pocket!!!!!

I think the best way to go about cases, is just add them to your Illumn order when you snag batteries!

http://www.illumn.com/batteries-cha...rriers/battery-carriers.html?___store=default
Any of these will do fine, there are way too many cases to go over. I got the standard 2 pack holder and 4 pack holder (2 pack comes free with a 2+ battery purchase from Illumn).

http://www.illumn.com/batteries-cha...1-x-18650-silicone-holder-dayglow-yellow.html
The Silicone Sleeve (Holder) are absolutely amazing for carrying a single extra battery around in your pocket, or just leaving it out on the table, ensuring it's protected.
I have been to 3 vape shops/smoke shops now, that sell 18650s, and none of the stores sold these silicone sleeve holders. I talked to the shop about battery safety, and got all three to promise me that they will order some for the safety of their customers. Please try to pass this on!!

The belt clips are for those fancying a fanny pack...Not for me...but I don't judge.

http://www.lightningvapes.com/collections/battery-cases
The first link I posted, for the chargers, also sells cases, just nowhere near the variety. IF they provide free shipping on the cases, that would be a reason to buy them independently from Illumn's batteries.

Milaana Storage:
I picked up an eGo case from a vape shop for $5, literally $5. It has a netted elastic that the Milaana/Stem would slide into, and it has elastic slots for batteries. Should be able to hold around 4 batteries, maybe more, maybe a few less. Left it at home so can't check with my new 18650s, but it held about 4 lighters and a bunch of D batteries that I threw it for the purpose of testing space. Should be no issue with the Milaana.

End:
Hope you guys found some value in this post. As I mentioned earlier, I specifically waited until page 50, so if in the future anyone asks, page 50 can be used as an easy reference for information. I will add to this if needed.

My total cost for 3 batteries, one D4 chargers, a 2 pack case and a 4 pack case, came out to be:
$20.15 (batteries/cases) + $22.65 (charger) = $42.80.

Don't forget, a D4 charger can be used for much more than just charging your Milaana batteries! It's still a high quality charger!! And if it's out of your budget, snag something cheaper, no worries!

Also, 3 batteries is a rather large amount of batteries, especially if the Milaana comes with two. Two of the batteries I purchased are going to my Zion, so a purchase of 3 batteries isn't at all required. One or two extra batteries seem to be perfect by how people are describing the Milaana.

Hope this can help people find what they need to get started!

Now that Milaanas are getting out and people are inquiring about batteries and chargers, I think it's a good time to re-share my post. Everything here is price checked, compared, and authentic verified. Good luck!

@Shit Snacks Have you been using the wood stem you got from Ed with Milanna or just the standard glass stems? If you have, how do you feel about them? Obviously glass is easier to clean, but non breaking stems is an attractive idea...

Just so Dab HAppy!
Ok.... So I ordered August 20th, should I have an email? Does it just show up? Or?
Just showing up. Send me a PM with you location and I can tell you if you are in the 16 that shipped on 4/18/2016. I cannot track the first 8 that went out but I would think those should have been shipped to people who purchased before the end of October 2015. I ordered the Milaana on 1/12/2016 so you may be in this batch.

Yes the first 8 went out earlier, I was told some went overseas for sure, then the 16 yesterday, and supposed to be 20 more going out today. No emails tracking or anything like that, its surprise 420 holiday time I guess. If you have shipping concerns email him right away, seems nearly all orders will be sent out this week (next week's 50 should finish em with extras to sell that can then be shipping immediately)

Hey cybr, glad yours is coming soon! (And @nosmoking what a great surprise for you too!). I have mostly been using the glass, they just work better, better seals in the female joint, better diameter for airflow, better basket style screen use for me. The Maple stem works better than the shorty black WonG, fits better bc of the soft maple perhaps, but it's diameter is narrower so worse airflow, harsher to do big hits with either honestly, less consistent. I did use the Maple stem in a movie theater a few weeks ago, but haven't used the WonG since the roadtrip (only used it twice then too, once in Zion and it was finicky for us but worked) and never used it through water yet. Ed did make a third prototype that was supposed to be more like the glass, dont know how thats going for him... I could be using them more but the glass is just easier and cleanable etc, I dont know its just overall better performance for some reason. I want to try that shorty glass stem!

My expectation is that I will use the Milanaa pretty exclusively until I get comfortable with it, then I will mostly use it out of the house, so I don't expect to use it much with water.

Then again, the Milanaa will have a mature RBT heater so it may be enough better than my beta Zion that it takes over the daily duties. We'll see... :)

Speaking of stupid questions, here's one! What prevents the herb from falling into the heater? I know there is a screen there too. Are you guys packing it tightly in the stem so it doesn't fall out?

Remember, when you are pulling on the stem you are sucking the herb up into the stem against your screen. It tends to stick together after getting heated. I wondered how that would work when I got my Zion which was the first stem based vape I used. Turned out not to be an issue.

YES!!! My Milanaa is HERE! No batteries, just a short stem, a couple screens the bag and the material for blocking the air vent. I have batteries and other stems so I'm good. Looking EXTREMELY forward to trying this out later...

If you create an account with UPS (it is free) you will get notifications for all shipments from UPS as soon as they are generated by the shipping party. This can happen before it even ships as the shipper may inform UPS of the shipment for pricing on one day and then drop the actual package(s) off the following day or even later.

Since RBT is using UPS for shipments within the US I would think this would be easier then emailing me. If RBT has already paid the shipping on your package then you will receive an email about it immediately upon setting up an account with UPS.

DISCLAIMER: I do not have any contact with RBT. I am getting all my information from the UPS website.

Nice you clarified...or you would have had to answer to ALL of us! Happy 420!

I do have crumbles occasionally fall out of the stem into the female GonG, where they land on the screen. The screen can be cleaned using either the stir stick's wide edge, or by blowing through the air intake hole (not 100% this is recommended, but I read a mention of this from I think @thekarmawhore and it's a great fix when abv falls in there). I've never had stray crumbles combust or fail to vape. The space between the media filter and the bowl is minimal, if any, so there's really nowhere for the stray crumbs to go. They only present a problem by keeping the GonG from fitting properly.
Edit: Oops, was thinking Zion. No stir stick provided (Zion owners already have likely figured out how to clean out the heater area), and no air intake on the bottom to blow through (even if you shouldn't do that apparently).

Yeah once you hit it once, no matter how small, it is extremely stable in the stem until you stir or cash (when I use a hydratube I hit it dry first to seat the load, then put the tube for the session). If you pack it too tight airflow will be too restricted, too loose and its too free flow open, so you want you pack somewhere in the middle for optimal performance. A few crumbs could always fall into the 18mm female bowl, but they're easy to tap out or use a toothpick/stirrer to make it clean again. The screen will prevent anything from falling on the heater itself

Edit: blowing through air intake not a good idea was told, used to do it too, I blow indirectly into the bowl to loosen crumbs too if they're stuck, but yeah stirrer is easiest and this ain't necessarily a common occurrence

I am certainly all in for that. Yesirybob... :)

I do this in the Zion sometimes to check the heat level. It's easier than pulling and checking a battery. I didn't realize it was discouraged. My bad...

It would be hard to do anyway on Milanaa as the vent is so close the the joint. I usually pick crumbs off the screen by sucking them in to the stem. I expect Milanna to be similar.

I don't think it was a mistake. I placed 3 seperate orders and the charger and batteries even had a different paypal address. Shipping address was the same but I ordered the batteries and charger before I ordered the Milaana and after I ordered the Zion so I probably should have anticipated this some...
