@jim-bob , what type of information are you looking for that doesn't exist? I'd be happy to write something up if you give me an idea of what you need to know. My job is to provide information, and if you aren't finding the info about our products that you need on their respective pages, I can certainly try to improve our product descriptions.
Or, if you're after information of a different type, what info could I write up and provide that would help someone new UP Tech products out? We offer a wider variety of products than most other oil vaporizer companies, and I'm sure our high end items can be a bit intimidating.
However, we do also have four vaporizers that are extremely user friendly, the Vaporizer, Minicron Lite, Minicron, and O-Phos, and the only performance difference between them is how large the battery is (both its physical size and how long you want the battery to last.) They all have 601 threading and will work with all of our 3.7V carts. They come as a complete kit for maximum ease, so there's no need to worry about compatibility between a "battery" and a cartridge.

I asked you to call in since you asked very broad questions and I can tell you needed a lot of information. Phone calls are by far the best way to fill in a newbie to the vaping world

Any email you received should tell you it's from an automatically generated email and is just a notification that the ticket's been updated, and you need to click the link provided in the email to come into the ticket system. If you "replied" to the email, no one ever saw that response. I'd love to help you out further if you can find that email, click the link in it.
Did you try PMing any of our staff members during your inability to contact us while choosing not to call? I never got a PM from ya asking for help, and I'm our only Customer Service rep on FC.
In the end, with the community's help, you pieced together an awesome setup with a few cool options. More than enough to get you started! If you have questions going forward, well, at least you know of a few other ways to get help if you don't want to call. I'd highly recommend posting in the
