My Pinnacle Pro doesnt work anymore. The lights flash red after heating for about 10 seconds and it switches off. Ive only had it about a month.

Im pretty sure I got it from a legit vendor. What do I do now?

I would contact the vendor it st to see if they will replace it. If not, contact the manufacture. If it is a legit unit, I have no doubt you will receive a new working replacement.

I am working on a few things I want to let you all in on.

1. Continuing to improve customer service.

2. Fix the website. It's the worst of all the major vape companies. I need to have it providing clear instructions for warranty.

3. Vape insurance for over seas customers. You pay x amount and if you have warranty issues you get a new unit provided from your local vendor. I'm excited by this idea, does anyone know if any other companies currently provide this?

I have some major things in play, all revolving around making the vape of the future. I guess you could say I have my mojo back. We are all 100% committed to making history. Stay tuned.....

Edit: in not sure I explained that insurance thing well, but I'd love some feedback on any other companies doing something similarz thanks

@TherealVaporblunt I think most of us will agree that customer service is key when buying a vaporizer. Thank you for filling us in on your new changes. Good luck with the revised Pinnacle Pro V2 coming out sometime in 2015.

I'm sure all this has been very frustrating on your part. You are the one that gets all the flack when you come onto FC. I know it's been difficult dealing with folks frustrations. At times the company will get personally attacked and you are sent in to defend them.

Hopefully the new customer service agency will make all the difference. Getting your emails answered and having a phone number to call when there's problems is a must when selling vaporizers and accessories.

Remember the most important thing is to .........

Hey I've tried using the search bar and can't comb through posts to find it. I remember reading a full PnP cleaning thread from either @BarnBoy or @VAPEHUNTER or someone, could someone link it for me please?? :)

Im not gunna link the post because idk how, but its not hard. If you have a glass lines GPONG take out the glass put it in iso. Same with the bullet. Use a qtip to clean everything else and a brush.

To see all posts and threads by a member, go to the profile page and select the Postings tab. This lists the last 15 posts. At the bottom you will see two links, one to all posts from the member, and one to all threads started by that member.

To post a link to a post, hover your mouse over the post number in the lower right corner and copy the link address, then paste it into your comment.

Well, my friends PnP finally crapped out on him just a month or 2 after the warranty ended.. So I ended up getting the broken one, which I now have laying in pieces before me :D

Seems to me that I can fix it and or mod it now; does anyone know of anyone that has done so? I've searched a fair bit, but have come up clean.

Do you know what went wrong in the PnPro? Any flashing red lights or any flashing lights of any color? Or is it just like a dead battery? The only "mod" I remember ever being done was a upgraded battery done by @MileHighLife. Here is the link →Pinnacle Pro

EDIT: Oh yeah, I almost forgot @BM778 below is the link to @BarnBoy 's cleaning tips for the PnPro.
LINK → Pinnacle Pro

EDIT: Link fixed. Thanks @Norvape:doh:

No actually, the board and everything works great, one of the heaters wires got jacked up by the edge of the board, and one of the thermocouple/thermostat's wires had a crappy solder joint on the board, shouldn't be too hard.
I'm more curious as to body mods or maybe slightly widening the heat port so I can use a Solo stem for it

Nite Ize makes a flashlight holster which matches snugly with the Pinnicle Pro:

Just a bit worried about the MP falling off, so have adhesive tape for it ; triangular inserts of holster matches the triangular body of the vape.....

Continuing to improve customer service? How do I get in on that? ;)

My initial units heater died (VaporBlunt never responded, Massdrop replaced after a few days of even more waiting for a response from the ever elusive vaporbluntdave@gmail.com), now the top has cracked on my new unit and both parties are ignoring me.

I'm in the UK and get charged import taxes when a replacement is sent to me so I'd like to avoid that again. The Massdrop saving is already lost.

Can a new top piece be easily replaced at home? If not refund please.

I used to recommend this vape to friends... hah, silly me.

Hi @SavageCore
My pinnacle pro has the same crack, this is my second unit to it to happen to,I'm hoping the vendor will replace it for me.
But with regards to replacing the cracked area it can be done at home& if I'm right it costs between £15-20, I'm pretty sure it was somewhere on this thread I read about it & where to buy it from,, when I get home I'll have a look & see if I can find the post. From the instructions I seen it was a simple process..
I can't wait for the new pnp from the sounds the plastic has been ditched..:)

@rhystess @lookhigh

Thanks for the responses. Found the guide earlier in thread now :)

Are the new TOPS the same and just as likely to break?

I may try the BB-Patch first and see how it holds then replace it and Patch to hopefully keep it working longer...
hi @SavageCore the bb patch you mention, where could I get one of those from? I've read a bit in this thread but I can't see where I can get one .. My vendor is replacing my unit which is great for them to do so,. but it would be nice to av a bb patch on there just incase it goes again.

Used my Pinnacle Pro at the Redskins vs. Buccaneers game this weekend with some friends. Needless to say, having it made our tailgate awesome. People were everywhere around us and cops were less than 50 feet away and we were passing it around like it was an e-cig while throwing around the football.

Hey guys! I plan on buying the F-Bomb jet diffuser for use with my Pinnacle Pro and wanted to know if I needed any separate mouthpiece besides the GPonG that comes with the Pinnacle Pro?

Here's a customer service saga: Needed to return my PP due to the standard red lights and no heat up problem. Interacted with theyoyokid1 couple times but may have responded to a too old email. Eventually found direct email and he responded quickly. He explained to return item without accessories but MUST have a copy of our email to reference the warranty request. So I got a flat rate US Postal box, wrapped it up tight, added bubble wrap, grabbed paperwork and headed to post office.
Suppose you all know where this is headed: Somehow the papers had slipped out through the side crack of the box in my car.... and of course I discovered this well after package was mailed. I immediately emailed theyoyokid1 again, explaining the end of my bad week. Package has return address and name... forwarded paperwork immediately by envelope. So now I'm hoping to come back soon with an exceptional customer service story about how they went the extra mile and matched up packages with paperwork and sent me a repaired/ replaced item. It's only been 12 hours so no reply yet. I used to teach customer service before my health failed... this is exactly the kind of "went the further mile" experience I taught that would solidify loyalty to a business or seller if it happened. Here's hoping THIS story will end like those did. SIGH. Long week. PP is my only vape right now and has been a wonderful go to daily... great clouds and stealth. I miss my baby...lol.
