Fucking a, I wasn't that anxious about it, but then checked my receipt and I was 4/15 too... Goddamnit. Now I'm salivating for a tracking number.I received an email with tracking number today. I ordered on the 15th in the us. For what it is worth, I did receive the dosing capsules very quickly when I ordered mine.
I contacted AirvapeUSA and asked about ordered dosing capsules separately, and adding them to my order (April 17), and having them shipped together. Didn’t go as planned, and capsules were shipped separately (but at no extra shipping cost!). They took almost 4 weeks to arrive via USPS (to left coast of Canada). At one point (when looking at tracking), I thought the device might actually arrive before the capsules — but it still hasn’t shipped.Maybe that is the trick. I ordered on the 15th, and nothing yet. Last word was it should have gotten here sometime last month. Maybe you have to call to get moved up the list.
I’ve never owned a device from this company before, and if this is an indication of their customer service, I don’t know that I want too now. I forgot to order dosing capsules when I ordered the device, and now I’m wondering if I do order the caps if they will ever get here, or if a device to use them in will ever show up.
Pretty disgruntled so far.
Once again, I checked my email yesterday in the hopes of getting the golden message that yes, my vape had shipped - and once again, I felt the crush of disappointment when no such missive had arrived. So, I sent them an email asking when could I expect it since the delay is becoming arduous. Happily, Bernadette promptly replied this morning:

While we initially aimed to begin shipping in late June to early July, unexpected production and logistics issues unfortunately caused further setbacks.
We began fulfilling April 15 orders three weeks ago, but due to the high volume of orders placed that day and delays in shipment arrivals, the process has taken longer than anticipated.
The good news is we’re expecting a fresh inventory shipment to arrive this week, which will allow us to resume fulfillment—and your order is expected to be included in that upcoming batch.
We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding. If you have any other questions or need assistance in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out."
