Can compare once mine arrivesDoes anyone with the Ceramo also have a Tornado to do a comparison with?
the wand pulling the cap off is how you tell it's time to adjust the fins happens to cxl too.Mine arrived today and as others have said the caps (camo and super capacitor) were too loose. The wand pulls them both off. After adjusting I managed to get them to stay on.
The draw is very open compared to the XL and you really can feel the heat. Personally I think I will try to add a bit of cooling with a condenser or pop it into a J hook.

Yeah, so mine does the spins too, it's kind of amusing. If I press it against the glass rim it doesn't move. Cap has been adjusted with the tool to fit snugly enough not to fall off, but loosely enough to come off with a magnet. I think it's just a quirk of the polished ceramic being a slick surface. I give it a little tap to secure the capwhen I take it out of the wand, or hold it at a jaunty angle like FDR to hit itSeen reports of the cap spinning on the Ceramo and making scraping noises when it's heating via induction.
That's going to be weird
I've got remember to let go of the button before pulling out of the wand!
I first tried it with a J hook, don’t see a need to try it any other way. I’m digging it!
I have the regular (non-XL) Convector and have never seen this effect. Maybe the larger cap size plays a role or the ceramic itself? If I hadn't read about it here before I'm sure it would've surprised me tooMost definitely. I was not prepared for that to happen the first time. I've been using the TA4 with the wand for the last few weeks and my foggy brain didn't register what had happened for a good 5 seconds, hahaha.
I agree that it probably will shine when used with a nice hook or dry rig for big open hits. I'd still like to see what it's like natively with some added cooling beads kept in place with a nice 8mm mouthpiece. Hopefully a ceramic mouthpiece if I can find one.Yeah, I went straight to a dry bong with this guy. I feel like that's where it's going to shine. Wide open DTL hits, not MTL puffing and sipping. I have other stem based vapes that are tough to beat used natively.
Did the condenser help or hinder the cooling of the ceramic stem alone in your opinion?i did try a few bowls yesterday with the supercap. The cooling is ok for me personally, but it can get a little hot.
i do like it overall, the weight, the simplicity and its easy to clear a big bowl. I will try the regular camocap after fixing it today.
It is compatible with the ceramic condenser from the regular convector, if you want to use that.
Just getting into analogue vapes and am worried that the Ceramo I ordered is gonna be too hot for me. I'd prefer to use something native without glass, which ones do you have that are your fav's to use natively?Yeah, I went straight to a dry bong with this guy. Nice!native schmative, I put a mouthpiece and usually a cooling spiral on everything, seldom use glass.
just missed a black trww mp that would a been perfect for ceramo, if it ever ships.

You seem to find some cool mouthpieces. Know where to find a nice ceramic one for the Ceramo?
