Edit OK maybe you will not need the 2 pare of pliers but might
The key is heat at the very bottom wear I put a dot ! Next use a small torch and flame when or b4 it clicks try unscrew with a quick snap ... also you might try about 3to 5 second after you have just started heating the cap from room temperature !
Thanks for your guide, will try this when I get home.
Yes ,the cap was stuck when I got it.
Was seeing if I could work some magic on it .
Again, many thanks

How I got mine unstuck. Put the tip in the freezer for a few hours. Then heat the very end of the cap by the clicker. Hopefully the differences in temperature, expansion & contraction frees the tip.

Once free take some very fine sandpaper to the threads, just a little. Keep the thread area clean and don't screw the cap down all the way.

Other than the freezer part that would have been my next suggestion......
What happens is the cap contracts as it cools more than the tip witch makes it bind till heated and expand aging .that is why I said heat at the very bottom with a small torch from room temperature as that starts expanding the cap at the treads also putting the most slow heat into the cap giving it the most amount of expansion from heat between the tip of the bowl and inside of the cap wear it bound up with as it cooled down ....
But most definitely try both ways they both are working the same principles of expanding the cap along with other methods if neither of these work!!!

How hot is the vapor of the dani when used natively? Is it as harsh as the dynavap on your throat? I want to get the dani but haven't heard much on how hot/cool the vapor is.
It's quite cool/smooth especially at the start of the session.

The metal stem and spiral insert work very well to draw heat out. You can feel the stem heating up right at the point the spiral starts, indicating how much heat it's absorbing.

The other thing is you can take long draws or short puffs and both provide thick vapor, so if it starts getting too hot just change draw style.

I have mine set up so I can pop a hydrotube on at any time during the session, but I rarely bother.

It's been a week or so since I hit my DynaVap but just woke up so I'm fixing to do a side by side starting with the DynaVap since 1 bowl in it not going to do it so this post might be edited hear shorty...
But from my experience the throat hit is less harsh.... but careful as you don't relise you are taking as big of a hit as you are till it reaches down and grabs you by the bottom of your lungs and tries to pull it out lol. As for how cool the hit is can depend on the stem its on but all do a good job of cooling as @Vapenvy mentioned how cool it is in the beginning I have had it feel like I forgot to heat it and was just sucking cold air TILL I BLOW OUT THE BIG CLOUD.

Can someone tell me the diameter of the Bowle (Tip) where you screw on the oven or even better thread size (M?)? Thanks! I want to make a diy heating element for myself and want to use Dani stem and Bowle, but with my own designed heater…

How is the harshness of the vapor? I know everyone is different, yada yada yada, but using it native and heating till the click, how would that vapor compare to that of other vapes, like a dynavap or TM (those are two that I have)? I really don't need a vape unless it can produce smoother vapor. I had to put my enano and b1/ceroma/pinky up as they too harsh on my throat.

It is very smooth, definitely smoother and tastier than vapcap ( almost ball vape level) But the click is set too low so you have to count some seconds after it clicks.

Waaay smoother and cooler, even with the little glass stem I got a while ago. The metal stem is very cool and smooth, and the vapor is much larger. And you can get huge clouds back to back to back on a single click.

I've had my v2 and v3 since the first releases, I don't know how long, and they are still extremely perfect for my use. Really fun to use. One sits on a stem for being packed full, the other on a 14mm glass bowl for use through glass. Even using microdosing amounts, I still get full vapor.

They are my most used vapes by far, and pass the reach test. Only other thing in regular rotation is my roffu, but thats because it's my bed vape with capsules.

After research, I think I'm going to have to go with the Fusion. Seems to have the best air flow, but anyone got the fusion and how open is the air flow really?
good choice . but they are no bad choices from them .. i have only been trying to FUCK CUMBUSTION for around a year now using a vapcap till MAR when i got the v3 ti made things go way smother not burning got the fusion when it came out love them both . have went from a 25% FC to 80% FC now . i only use my vapcap as a sneak a toke now really ... best i can decribe airflow on the fusion is pack your DV then draw on it with no cap !! really the airflow is as open as the bowl packed . v3ti still grate airflow not as free however more forgiving if over packed .... IMO

Wait, are you saying you combust in your vapcap? Or you smoke otherwise and use the vapcap as a sneakatoke thing as well?

I agree, granted I've been combustion free for well over a decade now, but these butane devices really emulate the parts of smoking I enjoyed.

Just gotta report- last night I put a tiny amount of some strain I forgot that has been sitting on my shelf for years into the v3. I swear to god it tasted like fruit loops. Like strongly and only like fruit loops. Blew my mind.

lol NO. well I do not intently combust in my dynavape and soke in 91% iso ASAP if I do! ill be more exact I tried vaping a decade ago with no luck as vapes for bud was either a joke or to costly to experiment with !!!! so i was 100% SMOKING 2 years ago . after trying a friends vapcap last year when he was down to visit and kind of liked it . still not sure enough to spend the money for 1 he got 1 as a gift around September this led me to get a 2ed 1 ..... this took my SMOKING down to 75% SMOKING 25% VAPEING .... I joined FC looking for more hope found BFG and got my first v3Ti march then the fusion when it came out. now im at 80% vaping and 20% smoking the last 20% is a bit harder as its a social thing and not found a vape to fill that spot yet ... but as i was saying if can help it no dont smoke out my DV but is 1 i can step around the corner hit and drop back in my pocket real quick.

also a grate thanks @maremaresing .... and all the others who have stuck with vaping the hole time .... making vaping what it is now with a good selection of vapes that work and can be afforded by new people like me !!!:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:.... I stay active hear in hopes that i can be the same help to others old members or completely new to vaping and return the favor

@btka .505 + or _ (13 mm or 1/2 inch ) take your pick lol i will try to dig my pitch gage out my tool box for you sorry i just realize i did not answer this!

So I usually use regular pipe screens in my Dani, Anvil, and VapCap (I just prefer how cheaply replaceable they are compared to CCDs and the airflow), 3/8in screens work really well in the VapCap/Anvil but so far I've had to trim my screens to size by hand for the Dani, has anyone found a screen size that'd work out of the box with the Dani v3's oven?

I’ve been trimming 1/2” screens as well. 10 or 11 mm would be ideal I think, but I haven’t come across any that specific in size.

So I got my first triple flame torch and couldn’t be happier. Cigar style that’s meant to be held upright, then fusion horizontally (was opposite w/single flame). Think since more of the cap is getting direct heat, the longer it’s retaining it for a single chamber extraction. Clicks just a bit quicker & I’m going only 8ish past click for dark abv :sherlock:

Anyone have any problems with the wooden stem? I want the metal stem, for longevity, but wesleypipes don't have them in stock at the moment. I'm just weary of wood since it can crack. I've had a glass stem for the dynavap crack from the excess heat from the tip. My wooden enano has cracked from the heat, probably happened several months before the year 2 mark. I wonder how hot the metal actually gets that is touching the wood for the stem? Seems like it will get hot enough to eventually crack it.

Also, any cool accessories worth getting for the fusion/dani? These should be 14mm bong ready right?
