Hello is anyone out there? Same question again, but just add another week onto all the times listed. Still no stems in the mail. It can't possibly be just me and my friend having this issue. Here is my post again:
I live in Australia. Is there something going on with spare parts delivery? I ordered 2 long stems late November last year direct from the Tinymight website. I had not received them by early Feb, so I emailed them. I got a reply shortly after saying that it "must have gotten lost in the mail" and that they would send them straight away. As another example, my friend recently purchased his first Tinymight vape and ordered a couple different accessories with it. His vape arrived earlier this month, but to his and my surprise, only the vape was in the package and no parts, whereas when mine arrived in August last year it came with the accessories I had ordered at the same time. My friend emailed them, they said they must have made a mistake and would send them out straight away. This was 3 or so weeks ago, and at that same time he ordered some more accessories, this time using express post. He still has not received anything. And I still have not received my stems, despite contacting them 2 weeks ago.

My first TM ordered in late November arrived New Year's Eve 2020, still going strong despite a drop, but always wanted a second one so I finally got that this week!

Ordered: Feb 18, 2021
Complete: Feb 26, 2021
Shipped: March 1, 2021
Delivered by DHL: March 3, 2021

Edit: posted too soon lol had the wrong dates, now they are correct :D

Tested it out and it works well. Other than a little smoother finish on the wood it is mostly identical to my current one tho a little tighter tolerances and a little less light leakage. I don't expect to disassemble it unless there is need so I'm not sure if everything inside is identical. And now PACT can't fuck me up. What a stupid fucking application of the law.

Can anyone tell how long it takes to go from complete to shipped? i ordered a lil less than a week ago, but the order changed from pending to complete like 4 days ago, getting excited to get another email soon hopefully.

I fucking jammed the button on my Tinymight while vaping SnowWhite Trufflez and I was livid......tried to take the screw off to possibly unjam it and I couldn’t

so I ordered another one tonight....FML....back to my arizer solo 2 until my new device gets here....I HATE EVERYTHING

I received my TM yesterday and got 1-2 bowls where it felt like it was operating correctly and i was getting plenty of vapor. After that my bowls became hit or miss and inconsistent on the roast. Found out my temp dial is broken and can spin all the way around. Frustrated to say the least that i have to send this back in. But i do have a S&B Mighty and a FW5 to hold me over i suppose, i just hope my next unit doesn't have any issues.

I fucking jammed the button on my Tinymight while vaping SnowWhite Trufflez and I was livid......tried to take the screw off to possibly unjam it and I couldn’t

so I ordered another one tonight....FML....back to my arizer solo 2 until my new device gets here....I HATE EVERYTHING

You know you didn't have to order a new one, you could get it repaired under warranty right?

I do understand that but I have been wanting to buy another as back up anyway just in case something like this happened. Therefore, I still am in the process of exercising the use of my warranty. Do you know how long it’s taking DavidTM to respond these days?

I’m sorry if I was unclear, but it’s actually the main button that you hold while inhaling to produce vapor. The outside part of the button is super loose while the inside mechanism is jammed. Therefore, my device is not functional.

New device works like a gem and produce great clouds and unlocks the terps.

I also shipped my defected device on 6/2 and it’s in Germany today! Really pleased with the service!

I have tried to contact TM via email regarding my broken temp knob, haven't heard yet from them, I am hoping they pay for shipping on the return label. Also hoping i get a response back from Customer Service soon, this device was my lil gift to myself to enjoy this summer!

They do pay for shipping & the return label as it is through DHL. Make sure you cont. to email them and include you order number in the email to expedite the process.
It took them 4 days to respond to my email about the defected device then an additional day to send the label.
Make sure you email them at the normal business hours times in Helinski.
