SEARCH for the treasure...
Enforcement efficiency is always an issue, but like the IRS, the penalties besides jail, are HUGE fines. So while some may take the risk, disguising shipments etc., many may not want to be the EXAMPLE, if caught. Fear works well when you could never examine or open every shipped package.

Image of today's concentrate, made from Gelato strain.

Well, here's how I use my v4.5 glass top, and bottomless banger, withouth breakage or other problems.

Works for me, just some non-professional ideas I have had for my Divine Tribe V4.

I've replaced the O-rings with some red ones, sized 19mm x 1.5mm x 16mm ,available here.

I clean them as needed with isopropyl alcohol wipe, then dry immediately with paper towel. I clean the glass v4.5 top with isopropyl aclohol when it gets too sticky as well.

I then lubricate them with vegetable glycerine, as you can get here.

I've also replaced the Chinesium coil screws, which have snapped and stripped on me, with M2 x 0.4 mm thread, 3 mm long, stainless steel screws as available here.

Just sharing how I use my v4.

All the best.

Am I correct that the 4.5 isn't being sold independently? If you want one you have to buy a 4 and the upgrade parts and assemble yourself?

I think it's what I want, but it seems wasteful. Considering going for the SIC Quest instead?

Well, yeah, you buy the v4, glass top, SiC cup, for now.
Email Matt at matt@ineedhemp.com and tell him what you need.
He can probably make something work for you.

Not at all.
Glass top for home, metal top for travel.
Your choice of and extra either quartz, titanium, or SiC cup.
Considering going for the SIC Quest instead?
Perhaps, my 2 cents is that I like the v4 better, but, everyone has their different preferences.

Hope you have fun with whichever you get !

Got both the new Sic cup for the V4 and the Sic Quest recently. Like @DJ Colonel Corn I prefer the V4, the Sic Quest is very smooth but the learning curve is harder than for the V4. The Sic is a micro-dosing device, the V4 allows bigger dabs if you want.

The V4+bottomless banger is a game changer, I didn't used a lot my enail since I got that setup.

As well, thank you Matt for these awesome prices!

Is there a discount link for the seamless BB? Just got a BB and didn't realize those existed when I ordered my regular one, wish I had gotten a seamless instead.

the v4.5 will be a polished SIC with thicker boro vortex top, all these things will be sold separately as well.

New to the concentrate experience, I recently purchased a V4 (and a Quartz Quest also).
I paired the V4 with a Wismec Sinuous P80, updated to Arctic Fox firmware.

I was hoping to use the V4 in TCR mode, so I checked the V4 Wiki on Reddit.
I let the mod detect the resistance value, and then used 345 as TCR (and also set the mod to 33W). All those parameters were uploaded using NFE Tools.

Started using the V4 and got nice clouds, nothing too hot or harsh.

But I was wondering if that configuration was fine. Any hints ?

Wow, this polished SiC cup is outstanding.
I'm liking the whole unit (new DT user, 3 days in).
Got it on a Vaporesso Luxe II.

How long do these heating elements last?
Same heating elements on all the cups?

Got some pics and news to share with y'all...

First of all, I wanna say, I'm a HUGE fan of the V4, love it, and the polished SiC cup is very very nice. Glass top too.
However I also got the SIC Quest, and it's a really good unit ! Enjoying the new 14mm bubbler adapter glass top on it too.

So here are some pics.....

Hope you enjoy the photos.

I'm enjoying both the V4 with polished SiC cup and glass top (using Hubble Bubble on it), and the SIC Quest, immensely.

Is there a trick to downloading Arctic Fox?
NFE Tools downloaded fine. Arctic Fox does nothing when I click it.

Is your mod connecting to the computer? I had to go through like 4 USB cords before I found one that communicated between my mod and my computer.

Arctic Fox download link didn't work.
I right clicked and hit inspect and found a way.

Happy 420 y'all! :leaf:
I'm debating between the Crossing Tech Core $200 and the DT v4 + eLeaf Pico 75W $100. I haven't used concentrates since my DT3.5 setup quit some time ago. I really liked the DT 3.5 out-and-about.

I assume the Core offers a better experience (even though it is atomizer-based like the DT)? Just looking for something low-maintenance and straightforward without being too spendy. Strictly home desktop use to supplement my regular flower consumption.

My vote would be to add a bottomless banger and a carb cap to the V4 and have the best of both worlds. Make sure to grab the sic dish as well.
