Xvape Aria

Volute of Vapor
Here a recently released vaporizer from X-Vape Vaporizers. The Aria is a portable conduction based vaporizer. The bowl is ovale shapped and looks pretty similar to the Starry's bowl (by X-Max), it holds 0.15-0.25g of flowers. The ceramic magnetic mouthpiece is a nice plus, as well for the integrated stirring tool which is very usefull.

Here a pic of the white model, notice the battery is non user-replacable (unlike the Starry).
Aria_Stormy_White_flyer.jpg

Since the large temperature range (100-240°C) you can vaporize concentrates using the included mesh pad or mixed with flowers. Sessions length may be adjusted between 5 or 10mn sessions. You can switch from celsius to farenheit and vice versa. Cleaning is a lot easier with that mouthpiece than the Starry's straw style mouthpiece. Here a pic of my own unit in orange/gold finish and "PPN" laser engraved (PPN was my FC username).

Like you can see there is a nice full ceramic WPA which allows to connect the Aria to the bubbler you want with a 14 or 18mm female glass ground joint. It comes for 79$ at xvapeusa.com : XVAPE ARIA - XVAPE USA The Highest Quality Dry Herb and Concentrate Vaporizer

Please, this thread is the place to share your experience with the Aria, in the next weeks I'll post about tips&tricks and cleaning. Thank in advance!

I love the Aria!
Frankly, I don't like it much with herbs, but it is awesome with hash!

It heats up fast, and eats through your concentrates with 240ºC (464ºF) using its great ceramic oven
It also has a small and convenient stirring tool in the bottom, very useful for both stirring the herbs and spreading the hash along the chamber's walls for better heating - Just make sure to clean the stir stick before inserting it back into the device 😅

The thing is, for herbs, the chamber is too large to heat up all the contents, requiring a lot of stirring and a lot of waiting for the vapor to form in between draws
Therefore, I use my Aria exclusively for concentrates - And it performs great as my go to for hash
Another small con is the mouthpiece heat-up, which is why I use it through water 99% of the time

But aside from those, this vaporizer is great, definitely worth its price point!
Oh, and did I mention how damn BEAUTIFUL it is??

But if a microdoser, wouldn't it heat up the contents just fine for say .1 - .3 gr.?

Loved my first Aria which I gave away to a fellow ent in need and as of 3 hours ago I have a limited edition orange Aria enroute!

Thru water is where she shines, as Jack also iterated. As a portable she wasn't that bad either aside from the mouthpiece getting so damned hot lol. I doubled up on the silicone sleeves!! There was a trick i did with a 5/8 screen. I'd insert a screen on top of the flower between the mouthpiece, this helped keep bud from blocking up airflow after the first few hits. That drove me mad for weeks until I had a stoned brain fart.

Actually the more the herb was packed, the better the vapor production I got

When I applied a tight pack is when she worked the best. Conduction needs that contact. I rarely stirred as after 2 sessions the load was thoroughly roasted.

Here a trick somebody shared with me in the Starry's thread if you are a micro-doser... put the concentrate pad first in the bowl and fill your flowers on the top... this add some convection heating from the guy who shared that trick with me...

Personnaly I haven't to stir with my unit but I'm not feeling concerned if I'm wasting some goodies (joy of homegrowing!) Although that's nice to know it works well with hasch, thank you for sharing @JackDeaniels

Hi guys&goguettes, since the Staff didn't closed that thread I want to take advantage of that to say how much I like the new Aria I bought for myself (yes I payed for it, not full retail price for sure but since I got 2 for testing before, I could pay for one now).

I was always eye-balling on the Stormy White Aria and took the plunge! The fake white leather is very nice, I'm not fan of the white ceramic mp though so I replaced it with a black ceramic mp and it looks great like that. That's trully a vaporizer I appreciate for public sessions (when many peoples could look at me) cause it seems stealthier than "weapon looking style" vaporizers (don't want to name any vape but some old discontinued vaporizers fit very well that category as well some we made too:lol:) or others strangities...

Can't found my camera to take a pic:doh:, will do it later... it's a photogenic vaporizer!

Edit: Are the GiveAway winners sharing their experience with the Aria? Good or bad, eithers experiences feedback will be a great help for us!

Thank you, it will be easier now! Is it possible to replace/merge the OP by the post I made for NFC (First post of this page)? if @Abysmal Vapor is agree for sure!

Haha,of course i dont mind. I take inner pride in finding new vapes and share them on the platform, but i do it for purely cataloging purposes.I;ve never cared for likes, most of my life i tried hard to make people to not like me so i can be left in peace. But it is funny that you will see more like to the posts ""bashing"" the products out of the door, than the OP itself .
FC is the Museum of Vaporizer History,i could not care less who did the OP as long as the data base is enriched. ALso IMO it is very cool to have representatives of vaporizer companies on board and believe it is their right to do a decent OP,as we users dont always do it in a professional manner and sometimes miss crucial info and most of all add a negative tone. :)

I've been reading earlier reviews of the Air Vape X and comments about it getting quite hot. How does the Aria do with that issue? Also, where are they produced? Thanks!

Hi @luvsibes , thank you for your interest for the Aria. I represent here (and in Reddit) TopGreen which is the company behind X-Vape Vaporizers, the brand of your Aria.
Like most vaporizers the Aria becomes a bit hot while in use but not enough to be uncomfortable. The fake leather cover maybe helps a bit to lower that "hot" sensation... maybe some more users could give their feedback? I can't compare myself with the AirVape X and never owned/tested one.

TopGreen make all the vaporizers for both X-Vape&X-Max in China. Although be sure we will honor warranty, we improved our support teams and decided to be more present in forums like FC or Reddit and in social medias as well (FaceBook, Youtube and Instagram), not only for annoucements and publicity but to brings a direct support to help peoples, share infos, tips & tricks and... cause I'm myself a vaporizer addict you can see me to post in many others discussions topics!
Before to work for them I was simply testing and reviewing devices from them since 2014 I believe. I was tester for many others manufacturers by the past also.

Now that's your choice, decisions, decisions.... Have fun, whatever is the vaporizer you'll get!

I'm looking at the Air Vape X now. I understand it gets hot also but it seems most of the smaller vapes do as research them. I believe that I read that shipping is from China and it is taking months for folks to get their item. Where is it shipped from and what is the ETA on an order to CA? Thanks for your quick response!

I am a big fan of the Airvape X.It does not get hot unless you’re getting into 15 minutes of consistent vaping. And even after a while of vaping, you can just hold it be the bottom and it’s cool as a cucumber. I highly recommend the Airvape X

I don't understand why you, in your position of the Company Rep, wasn't sent a unit to test? This truly baffles me. :hmm: Care to explain?

Your reply is missing from your post:

I'd like to know, too. And how long to NY; assume same as CA. (I'm assuming @luvsibes meant California & not Canada.)

Sure, I tested and own a few Aria's (got a black beta unit and now I have an orange laser engraved custom unit and a white sleek one I bought), I meant I never tested an AirVape X so I wasn't able to compare (and that's not my job, I let that to others members). The Aria isn't shipped from China! We get our own warehouse at X-Vape (based in Cali).

I don't know why but it looks like I missed your post... no, no the Aria isn't shipped from China! We get our own warehouse at X-Vape (based in Cali), so no worry, shipping will be very fast to you!
I don't know if you took the plunge for the X but, please, consider the features the Aria offers: wide t° range, dual use (wax and/or flowers), large bowl (you can use only half bowl if you put a mesh pad and load on the top), large battery life, ceramic vaporpath, optionnal ceramic wpa, awesome taste, sleek design and the smart tool slot!

Hi, thank you for sharing your input but it's the Aria's thread :D , is your comment is the comparison @luvsibes requested? imo the Aria get slightly hot like all vaporizers but it's not enough to be mentionned and the fake leather cover helps a lot to lower that sensation... I still have to test a vaporizer which stays cool while in use... and I can't see how that is possible :hmm: ... I haven't the X but received the Legacy and it's slightly hot while in use like our Aria (comparison stop here though). Have fun!

Edit: Oups, I forgotten I'm not representing anymore the X-Vape brand... but since I still not seen the new representative people I replied here. That's sad but the decision was out of my hands and I can only accept it. I'm still the TopGreen company rep and TopGreen is the X-Vape's manufacturer so you can continue to ask me about X-Vape vaporizers but do it by pm please, thank you for your confidence! :D :D

Great info. Is it much to clean after vaping hash in it? Do you use hemp fibre? Im thinking of getting this for hash vaping. I currently own a vapcap!

From his post I would say he uses low grade haschich directly in the bowl since he mention to spread it along the walls to benefit of the conduction heating. Imho this tek would be a mess and would let a lot of black stains on the walls which would be impossible to clean.

Hemp fiber is better imo.

Yes I have 2 Aria's! I like it a lot although the heating tek isn't the same than the one used in the Crafty+ and I can't compare a +200$ unit with a sub 100$ other unit even if you will be not disappointed with performances, design and portability the Aria offers. Honnestly it's a great deal!
