Holidaze Sales 2019: Whatcha Gonna Do?

Yeah good on Dynavap for coming through with 20% in a day when we can't take it for granted or expect it as the norm.

And free ship too, I mean ultimately it's good business sense because because it works out in their favour I'm sure. Just think how many people will place orders on account of it being such a no brainer.

Anybody already eyeing a purchase is significantly more likely to make it, and just think how many extra people will order something just for the sake of it.

Heck I even catch myself thinking :hmm: "What do I need from Dynavap?" But I really don't need anything, I have my Omnivap which I use almost exclusively with the Ed's TNT blackwood VonG.

Screens I use from DDave, much better IMO.

But, saying that... I'm not entirely happy with the torch I'm using I just haven't bothered trying to find a better one one same with my vaporizers I've just been sticking with what works to make life easy.

So, I might look at the dynavap torches possibly the dual ones. Mmm! Good idea guys thanks!

I bought this dual flame from Dynavap called Vertigo but I feel like I am refilling it all the time so I quit using it and bought a caldron plug in ih. I really like the lighter and it works great just wish it had a bigger tank

Thanks for sharing that I don't mind refilling often and even carrying a can of gas around with me if I was out and about if I enjoyed using it and and how it changes the extraction and vapor because every torch and variable creates a slightly different experience and sometimes markedly so.

I have an OG Pipes induction heater since a few years, but I have never enjoyed using it because I feel like I just get better and more consistent extraction more predictably and effortlessly with a torch and with better flavour as well.

With the induction heater I have to go past the click by several seconds to get the same density of hits I get with a torch with automatic ease and I was frequently combusting with my induction heater by going half a second too far.

So for me it was morr head work and concentration and liability on my side where has with the torch I'm using currently it's pretty effortless to get the same consistent hits with no risk of combustion at all as long as I can hear the click without loud music for example.

But I still would like to try some other torches specifically the two flame ones.

This Mantello triple is the most consistent of the multi flame torches I've used. No butane level indicator though and it's only fair to add that I mostly use my induction heaters.

Mantello Catador Triple Jet Flame Butane Cigarette Torch Lighter with Cigar Punch Cutter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M6C8F34

@Alexis my Pipes Jarhead is also less aggressive. My Fluxer Deluxe with a 15mm coil is more punchy and can finish a cap in three big hits if you're so inclined.

Earthling flora is... fascinating.
That 20% off + $20 M might make me end up with 2 Ms this year. Now the hardest decision is if I want the rosium or aurum...

EDIT: Whoa, the MV1 is super cheap right now. Maybe you guys are right and they are going out of business, or liquidating the stock so they can sell it?

I don't know what they'd be selling at this point. The devotees on the MV1 thread aren't even able to buy a spare battery or get a straight answer from Ghost that they'll ever have them available again. I have no knowledge but I'll be shocked if there's ever an MV2 drop or even a GhostVapes after this seemingly final bit of liquidation.

I also will have to pass my turn for black friday this year afterall. I just don’t have anymore money. a guitar store near my place closed for good on saturday due to the owners going into retirement, and there was a guitar that I had been wanting to buy for years that they still had and so I asked my mom to lend me the money and she accepted so I’m in debt towards my mom for a couple of months. however, this kind of works out for the best because I don’t really find the black friday deals that good this year. tvape only has 15% off. I’m sure there will be better deals at a later time.

Fucking Combustion (mostly) Since February 2017
Yeah, I don't have much money this year...but Dynavap's 20% off sale with the $20 M is quite tempting. I've been wanting a Omnivap Hydravong for some time (I've never had an Omnivap), and My M is a 2017 model, so the new model would still be a nice upgrade.

Doesn't sound like a bad plan at all. Very logical in fact! Also, I don't know if you use your Woodscents carbless mostly, or if you have used carbed stems, adapters much.

But personally, I have been favoring my Omnivap Vong for WS use, with extra adjustable airflow.

It makes so much difference I just went back to Ed's stock WS stem, no carb, no condenser.
Great extraction. Denser hits admittedly. A little noticeably hotter too.

But, after a day and a half of it, I'm worn right out. I can't take the stock, carbless WPA anymore. It makes my back bad lower down sucking on it.

The Omni allows exra airflow even in it's most closed position. It's a different signature. I will be going back to it from now on and sticking.

So the Omnivap and vong may be worth having if you wanted to play around with the airflow of your WS('s).

Now, ugrading the M. I think that might be a slight case of VAS?

I'm keeping it simple and cheap.

I don't VAS (too many other hobbies and expenses to care enough), but my DD desktop vape experience is awesome and giving me GAS (glass acquisition syndrome)... for the first time too :leaf: . Here's an intriguing two piece set of Chinese glass. It's hard to say no when it's under $70 US for these two pieces to the door. I really like the Swiss Tree design.

With Black Friday coming, signs look good.

:peace::leaf:

definitely want to hear feedback! I’ve been wanting a similar setup myself.

I have the top piece (the Swiss Tree HT and not the base) from stevenlmz79. The mouth piece isn't angled upward very much and the piece looks like it is slightly canted to one side, but those are aesthetic issues it otherwise functions flawlessly. It's not the easiest piece to clean but I don't regret buying it! It doesn't take much water to get above the tree slits.

If you don't have a hydratube, make sure that the piece cools off before cleaning. Hot glass + cold water =. Hasn't happened to me but it's worth mentioning.

I'm never ready for holiday sales. I wait for the calmer days of January. But I will accept a few spare DynaVap parts at 20% off. Did someone say free shipping too?

Only if you buy a complete vaporizer, not just parts.

Just a dude
I have a confession to make: accidentally bought a MaxVapor controller today. They practically made me take the last red one in stock. :disgust:

@TommyDee from DV site:
This year, we will be launching our sale on Wednesday, November 27th at 4:19 PM CST, and everything in the DynaShop will be 20% off.*

Free US shipping too, so that’s all your wishes tied up with a bow! Enjoy!

This forum is such a god send with great members from not only north america but around the world.

I was debating between a second mighty or a better convection - I landed a Tubo Evic from a member here giving me another convection in my collection and maybe wait for mighty+ rather than pull the trigger now.

A mighty like new is available in the classifieds for anybody looking.

I was sharing my thoughts about searching for a volcano 220v online and i might just land one from an international member here.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the great community here, its more like a family around the world rather than an internet forum. Great vibe .....

If you want to share what vapes you have and what you're looking for in a portable I can talk you out of the Mighty. I got one on Black Friday last year and sold it this summer. Congrats on the Tubo

Just ordered a Solo II for my parents! I previously gifted them my OG Firefly but it proved too finicky for them to enjoy. I think they will like the Solo a lot better.

While I was at it, I grabbed a couple Jyarz Satchmos from PIU at 20% off for myself. Still planning to grab a Sticky Brick OG on Friday to complete my Black Friday vape shopping!
