I wish cbd helped me sleep... But... Cbd Csolate and hemp flowers have constantly given me insomnia.

That sounds like you got high of some good old sativa to me.

I can think of many reading materials that claim cbd does not get you high.. So if areas are getting kicked then in theory is not the CBD doing that.. I do however feel that some of these hemp plants growing have more THC than claimed

It’s not the same as sativa. The effects are more subtle and harder to describe, especially if the audience is used to big THC highs.

Most of the USA strains seem to have quite a lot of THCa compared to the EU strains. Resulting in almost 1% total THC.. so certainly possible people are getting a mild buzz from it. We can't get away with more than 0.2% total THC in the EU.. I don't really understand the USA regulations/law properly.

Usa includes thca when testing for legality. To be legal in USA the test is done with decarboxation considered. So high thca is not legal in hemp. The thca turns to thc after it is decarboxylated.

Any high thca hemp strains being sold are illegal. The law clearly states that all testing needs to be done after decarbozylation or using methods that calculate the amount of thc after the thca has been turned into thc.

Although in usa there seems to be some leniency for being a little over the legal .3%.

Heres how you can calculate the total legal amount of thc.

"To get a real potency value you need to consider both THCA and THC, but with a correction factor for THCA before you add in THC. To calculate THCTOTAL:

THCtotal = (%THCA) x 0.877 + (%THC)

0.877 is the molecular mass (mm) of THC divided by that of THCA; this factor boils it down to a simple formula: take 87.7% of the value for THCA, then add on the value for THC. This formula also holds true for finding the active CBD content (CBDTOTAL) because CBD and THC have the exact same mm. " -hightimes

I personally think that terpene play a larger role than thc in hemp strains. And also that terpenes modulate the effects of high thc strains too.

Hmm, It is really strange to hear a friend of mine is vaping cbd with his vape pen. He told me he found a great article about it on Vapingdaily. He told to me that after vaping he become sleepy and wanna have a rest) So I don`t think he has any troubles with a sleep)

Yeah i dont get how it works for sleep for some people. There are different studies (not marketing blogs) that say that its good for sleep and for promoting wakefulness.

I dont have links on hand but searching Google Scholar will probably bring them up if you are interested.

Actually the effects are summed up well in one word: placebo

Just kidding :) But it does really feel like this for me on its own! A bit CBD combined with THC definitely makes for a more mellow and socially/intellectually manageable high to me, on the other hand :chill:

It's a great combo! I mix 1:1 to 3:1 THC:CBD in a grinder (just use CBD flower and then add in your choice of THC strain) , to good results. Wish I could try a legit THC/CBD strain like Harlequin!! One day

Does anyone know how CBD and THC react? What I mean is, does it matter if you just first vape a THC strain, and then right after vape a CBD strain? Or do they have to kind of be heated together and have some chemical reaction, to be effective? I've been inconveniently mixing them each time instead of just loading up my vapcap with one and then take another cap of the other because silly

I’ve vaped THC first and then vapes CBD to tame the high. I usually combine strains in one bowl but if I ever feel like the effect is too strong, I’ll vape an additional bowl of just CBD and be good.

I don't have much experience with CBD but my daughter's friend manages a CBD store and she gave me a CBD "joint" from him and I quite enjoyed it. To be clear I enjoyed smoking it. It was smooth and luxurious like a good two for 25 cent cigar and the effect was noticeably mellowing.

I’m vaping Candida cd1 on a regular now. I love it. Really calms me down and mellows me out. I have over 5 ounces of this stuff. Very happy with it.

i thought 50/50 ratio strain would be interesting to try.
after a week of micro dosing i am not sure how i feel about it.
the mellowing effect mixed with THC is kinda nor here nor there..
i use THC it to keep the edge off at work and to be able to focus better.
but with a 50/50 effect, i do feel focused, but a bit heavy minded which is strange.
this is a sativa/cbd strain called Royal Medic (kinda like Royal Highness).

Iv had almost every CBD bud that tilray and twwed has offered over the last 5 years .. not sure how many strains exactly but at least a dozen maybe 15 . some have been CBD only and most have been verying amounts of thc and cbd

I also find that for the most part they dont taste as good as thc weed . alot of them have a kind of almost fishy taste .

The best of all i have tried has been tilrays warlock cbd i might even say its my favorite strain thc or cbd .

It smells and taste like grape all the batches i have gotten have been pretty consistant in flavor .

My current batch has 12. 2 percent thc and 12.9 percent cbd its one of the most sticky strains i have . and as for the numbers on the % its probabaly one of highest i have ever seen .
Edit
what i mean by highest % is counting both THC and CBD most of the time with strains that have both CBD and THC thay have lower numbers of each .

if you were to add the THC and CBD together that would give you Shop CBD almost 26 % canabiniods counting just those to any way .

Anyway its great stuff highly recomended but i think its only avalible to medical buyers here in canada
Hello. I am new here. I'm just wondering what high CBD weed feels like because I'm looking to buy an O and I just want to know before I do it

Why not buy a smaller amount first and see how you like it? I find that people experience different cannabinoids differently. But I would mostly say high-CBD, low THC cannabis has very minor cerebral effects and mostly body effects. For me, I think it calms my anxiety but I don't think that is universal.

Good friends of mine really dislike high CBD weed and prefer very little is present in their flower.
