I might be granted the opportunity to travel from Philly to Seattle to study for two years. How much of a hassle would it be for a relatively young and healthy person like myself to get a MMJ card? I realize it is typically a fair easy ordeal, but I am not fully aware of all the stipulations: Do I need to be registered as a driver and voter in WA first? I have no preconditions however, I was prescirbed Xanax a couple years back but I really never needed them. I was prescribed an anti-fungal that tweaked my stomach up back in the day? Is that a viable or tangible argument?
