Does anyone know of a source for the silicone tubing from which they cut the tip seals for the VHW? I haven't been happy with the ones Vriptech sent me because they're not cut squarely. That causes the side with the wider piece of silicone to slide off the end of the VHW because there's uneven pressure and there's more on that side.
I've emailed Vriptech twice, asking if they would sell me a piece of tubing from which I could cut my own seals, but they haven't responded to either email.
My VHW stopped heating and the indicator light went out in the middle of a session tonight. Could someone tell me the procedure for getting it repaired?
