EmailRe: Vapir NO2I got a Vapir No2 around January of this year. It worked great until I left it plugged too long and burned something out. Having found out I wasn't protected by warranty, I contacted Vapir and inquired about sending in THEIR product to their repair service and what the price might be. I was told there were no repair services I could pay for. If not them, then who? Oddly enough, there are repair services that can repair various vaporizers. But there are none for Vapir No2. Strange. Even stranger, No 2's predecessor, not portable or sophisticated, did not have this problem. It could have been avoided. It should have been avoided. It may well be rectified in newer productions. Simple technology. Oversight? Vapir offered me TWO SOLUTIONS:
#1. Contact your seller for solution. (Seller only sells.)
#1. TRY YOUR LOCAL ELECTRICIAN! (He has no schematic.)
"But, there's always US. We'll work with you!
#2. Send in your unit and we'll just sell you another at half price....
Hmmm..., Rock and hardplace are one...
