Sublingual ??

I know that cannabis elements can be absorbed sublingual and quickly enter the bloodstream.

Is that also true for vitamins/ minerals, a health supplement gummy?
Will vitamins A and C and E and selenium , magnesium, zinc be absorbed quicker?
Be absorbed more efficiently/ less lost?

Curious …..
Any benefit to holding these gummies under my tongue??

If you're in need of a quick dose of vitamins (due to acute deprivation) then roa will make a great difference. These pills probably won't help much in those scenario's administered sublingually either though, because they are (relative to an emergency dose) low doses and geared toward maintaining healthy mineral levels under normal conditions. Which is also why it doesn't make sense to take them sublingual, if it benefits efficacy you'd be taking more than you're meant to. That's of course disregarding the lack of knowledge we have about vitamin uptake and storage via different roa's and in different subjects, and also the variances in doses - often leaning to higher.
