After waiting patiently for some time, I contacted Mike and he got back to me quickly. The shipper said that customs had destroyed the package since I did not have a license to import a "smoking device".
I told Mike to tell the shipper to call it a thermal extraction device, but I think the YllVAPE name itself was also an issue.
Many companies have taken "vape" out of their names.
Does anyone have any ideas to prevent it?
