I own a Buddha vaporizer and my one concern has always been that fucking metal screen. What is it made of? Why metal at all? It can't be healthy. This is the exact quote from the 7th Floor website, "Our unit uses a metal screen in the wand but the air has cooled enough by passing threw your tobacco, so no metal ions are released from the screen" Oh really? That means that 1/6 inch high pile of weed, or "tobacco", between the heat and the metal screen is what cools it down? And the metal would release ions if it wasn't cooled down through the weed first?
"air has cooled enough by passing threw your tobacco" Well if there is any accuracy to what they have said.. that's fucked up. Because everyone knows that when you put the wand in the heater, the weed falls over and spills onto the side of the bowl leaving more than half of the metal screen fully exposed to direct hot air passing through.
