FYI, MN Health Dept is accepting petitions to request "additions" to the qualifying MMJ conditions and petitions to add a new delivery method. Any individual can submit, even you out of staters...

If you have interest, please submit. The good news--last year they added PTSD via this process but it was a lot of work/time/effort.
The bad news--last year they turned down adding arthritis, phantom leg pain, autism, depression, diabetes, EDS, and insomnia so the deck is stacked against any reasonable decisions. PTSD probably only got added for political reasons---the vet lobby and vets testifying.

They put on a show of listening and then it's a big FU :(

I'm trying to decide if /what to submit and am thinking of going way off-beat like:
Allow for "endocannabinoid deficiency " as the endocannabinoid system (ECS) controls virtually all of our systems (digestive, respiratory, neurological, etc). Keeping the ECS performing properly is critical to our health and why cannabis (phytocannabinoids) are so effective against dozens of diseases.

I thought I'd seen it all BUT they came up with a new barrier to this process, to keep Minnesota standing as "worst MMJ program in the US".
If a condition was submitted and rejected last year, like arthritis for example, you CANNOT submit again UNLESS you submit a new study/new data/new research so basically one strike and you are out :(

You creative writers out there, have at it :)
