Do anyone know what is the material of top heating plate Lotus Vaporizer ?I'm wondering to make it ,since is not available in the market .

i think the diffuser is made from nickel too

yeah indeed, it has 2 layers or 3 that one is like... semi-layer? (diffuser (holes for airflow) > ring > nickel plate)
