How to choose a 510 battery?

Looking to give purchase advice for someone who will be buying pre-filled 510 cartridges. Does it really matter that much?

If you're using rosin carts (definitely recommend!), you might consider a battery with more control vs a few preset voltages for example. I use a Uni Pro 2 rebrand, but the Yocan Koda Pro is even cheaper. Depends on your preferences.
