What is happening:
When i insert a fully charged battery it flashes/vibrates 3 times. Turning on leads to the same 3 flashes/vibration situation, without pressing the power button 5 times, only 3.
Charging via USB shows the progress LED's from 0 to total, but it doesn't charge a single "dot". I've had bad contact issues before but it never occurred something like this, it doesn't even heat up from charging. The aluminum foil-shimming trick seemed to have no effect. What issue could this be and how to be resolved since where i live no repair shops have experience with devices like these? (I manage to do some electronic repairs on my own and would probably be able to, if not so complicated.
