I am new to vaping, but love the idea. I have a very sensitive stomach and would like to vape herbal oils. Most teas and vitamins upset my stomach. Most are made with grain alcohol. Is it safe to vape when they contain alcohol and I am mixing with PG and VG?
Also has anyone Vaped pepermint oil or tulsi? I have anxiety issues and would like a quick solution to relax. Vaping I have been told by a few herbalogists have suggested vaping since it gets straight into your bloodstream. I see a few vaping liquids that contain herbs, but I would rather make my own. Just want to know the best herbs that will not harm my health.
