Ham Radio and The Talking Stick

Are there any other radio operators-amateur, CB or commercial-on this forum? If so, have you ever considered the similarities between your mic or key and the Talking Stick (or feather, wampum, shell-depends on the tribe)?

Hello OhTheAgony, That's what I'm talking about! BTW, I lived in Steenwijk from 1980-1982. Back then, bud was hard to find-Afghani hash ruled!

It's been a long time since my ticket expired. i still have my HeathKit SB-100. Early in my Apple II days i connected it to my SB-100 (via the tape input port) and wrote a program to read Morse Code and display it on the screen. It worked great, but i decided there wasn't a big enough market to pursue.
