hey all, just wanted to start off by apologizing if this is either a double post or posted in the wrong section.

I've got an aluminum sweet leaf grinder, was recommended by the guy at my headshop. I've only ever had two grinders, and lost the first one relatively early after purchasing. The problem is the residual build-up collecting on the connecting pieces and jamming up the grinder. It's a massive pain in the ass when all I wanna do is get my evening vape on, but have to spend five minutes scraping all that crap off just to get the grinder turning normally again.

I was going to look in to wooden grinders under the assumption that residue would have a harder time sticking to wood? I could be completely wrong, but that's why I'm here :p

Opinions on best grinders? Do they all share this problem? Potential solutions/ Cleaning methods?

any help would be appreciated, thanks!
