Extreme Vaporizor - Elbow pack?

Please excuse my ignorance. I did a search and can't find the answer. I see references to "elbow packing" in posts here in relation to using the Extreme Vaporizor to get thicker vapor hits. I have ordered an Extreme but have not received it yet. What exactly is a "elbow pack" as it pertains to the Extreme and how do I do it? Thank you!
