Hi,
with the mega-prices for good quality CBD products can folks help me max the dose from creams and gummies?
CREAMS:
1. If you put cream over your wrist veins and the pain area, will it penetrate and be absorbed into the
bloodstream?
2. Will heating the target pain area and the cream help it to be deep absorbed into your skin?
3. Any tips on using creams?
GUMMIES:
1. Is letting the gummy dissolve under your tongue (15 minute process) a more effective intake
technique? Wouldn't that make it mostly a sublingual intake = very good uptake???
2. Best on empty stomach or with high fat helper food?
3. Any tips?
This stuff is too damn expensive to waste
