Im decided. I'll buy a Da Buddha because it seems to be the best option in the price range. I investigated alot during this time and I think Im taking a good and wise decision. I live in Chile, the more solid the unit is the better to avoid failures. I need to ask what is the best online shop to buy two Da Buddhas in perfect condition? Im interested to buy directly from Da Buddha official page for obvious reasons but I sent them a couple of mails with a simple question and they dont replied. I contacted them via Da Buddha web, SSV web, LSV web and they dont answered my question. Anybody has a directly contact with them? a specific mail of a good employer? Chile has a Free Trade Agreement with USA and considering that the Da Buddah is made in USA, Im just asking for a certificate or something that acredit the origin of the product to pay less taxes in my country. Is strange for me that I cant get a simple answer via the officials webs of all three products (the entire line of vaporizer) of 7th Floor company. How can I contact with them? Im considering the possibility of make an international telephone call. If you can recommend some distribuitors or a way to contact with 7th floor will be of help. Thanks for the information

There must be a more direct way, but when I bought my blemished SSV through their ebay store and emailed them there they always answered me within a day or so.

So if everything else fails and no one here comes up with a better answer (which I highly doubt) you could try here: 7thfloorsales

Thanks OhTheAgony. I dont knew that they have an Ebay account. I will try to contact with them via Ebay. What means that the unit is blemished? just aesthic things? would it work perfectly? I dont care about some little stetic details, Im looking for a working 100% new vape. I can see that in Ebay some users sell the SSV with some gifts like a grinder and the hemp protector bag. What is better in terms of quality and security of an 100% functional vape: buy directly from the manufacturer or take advantage of some promotion of some resellers? Im interested in the blemished SSV right now :ninja:

When you buy directly from 7th Floor you know you have a functional warranty and unit and that it will be easier to handle if anything happens to go wrong with shipping, etc.

If you read the add for each item they explain what the blemish can be, but it's mostly cosmetic and they are all in proper working order and come with a full warranty. The blemished ones do come without the bag that normally comes with it for free. You can order it separately if you want to though (I would, it's a really nice one). I think a blemished SSV is a very good choice instead of a regular DBV btw, just make sure you'll get one with the right voltage and power plug!

7th Floor not answering emails. What a surprise. I also think your best bet is their eBay store. Right now they have one 220V DBV listed for $130. You get the 3 yr. warranty, and the blemish should be minor. If I were you I'd buy it now. They always seem to have fewer DBVs than SSVs in their eBay store.

Thank you. It seems that they dont answer mails. Mmm. You have a three year warranty but if I have a problem how I wil contact with they? they dont replied any of my messages. And it seems that they dont answer to anybody. Im interested in the blemished unit but I dont like the lack of attention :\. For example, if I want buy a set of extra screens for the SSV and combine the shipping I will not be able to do that because I cant communicate with them.

With a webprogram and a free trial of 4 minutes I was able to communicate via phone with them. The guy with that I talked cant believe the situation jajajaja. I think he was high and the fact of talking with an inexperienced english talker was something bizarre for him. He said wait a second, and my program finished the call because I was out of free minutes. Well, it works because five minutes after that they answered my mail. :)

Definitely I dont like the 7th floor company. They dont answer simple questions, they ignore (when I call the employer say that they have read my mail... but nobody replied...) and the lack of attention is huge. Im ready to buy and I dont get a simple anwer, I want to add two sets of extra screen to my purchase but they dont answer. I dedicated time to choose a good vaporizer. When I found and Im sure about what to buy, the company behind the product is not a good one. Mmm.

That's a great price for the SSV! I have heard of some folks having trouble getting the warranty to be considered valid if any issues arise when having purchased their vaporizer from sources such as ebay or amazon. Now don't quote me on that, because every company is different and their rules on replacing/repairing defective items can vary greatly. I'm just saying before you make the purchase, I would try to contact someone just like you did for 7th Floor. Hope it works out for you bud!
