Dan had his e-mail address "hacked" by other Vaporfection's employee who replied his e-mails with the recipient thinking it was sent by him if it's what you want to refer to. Situation is back to normal with Dan.
I agree with Mynameismud here. I would'nt blast Dan. He is very dedicated to CS and doing a very great job at it. I can't recall anyone having a bad experience with Dan. Vaporfection can only win with him back on board...
Glad that Dan's back on board. Can't be a bad thing for sure! He's the one who symbolize Vaporfection's top notch CS here on the forum. He should at least have his privilege to post here back in my opinion. Dan always been more than ok with his posts here i think...
I believe the mV might have...
Just a few words to say that my XP (first PV batch) still works incredibly fine despite it's temp dial been loose. I have to find time to go at Pharmacor to fix the problem...It IS an exceptional vaporizer! I used mine the first time right out of the box and never had off gasing problem or weird...
I'm positive that Dan left Vaporfection at one time. It is possible that he's now back.
I will have a proof soon because i will go ahead and ask Dan "for a second time" to send me tubings and ballons instead of the mail rebate. He gladly did it with my first vV when i asked him. Then...
Thanks for the advice! I've contacted Martin at Pharmacor and will visit them soon to fix that problem. I will report back how was my visit but for now i have a great feeling that they really want to help me out with my issue.
Same problem that i had with my first vV. Is this a vV or vV2? I would'nt ship the faulty vV before speaking with someone at Vaporfection if i were you. Good luck and keep us posted!
I own one of the very first XP shipped from PV with four holes and all...
I remember some posters having problem with a loose dial knob in the INH004 thread and they just had to tighten the screw to fix the problem. I just can't remove the cap with the temp dial sticker to access that said...
The temp knob on my XP is becoming "loose" and now the automatic fonction is the first and last thing when i "clic" the dial on. The numbers does'nt fit with reference mark anymore. Weird. I figure i just had to tighten the inside screw of the knob but gave up while trying to remove the knob's...
I rarely goes more than 6 1/2 on the temp dial and obtain A LOT of vapor. Max temp = bad taste IMHO. The herb just taste incredible at low/mid temp with the Plenty! And i never complained that it did'nt produce enough vapor at that temp. The Plenty is very efficient in the heating dept and offer...
I can use my T1 in a crowd and no one can tell because the smell is virtually non-existant unless you blow the vapor directly in the direction of one's face. There's no smell associated with the heating of the device whatsoever.
In less than 20 sec. you can already smell the herb inside the...
I agree with everything that been said about the risk of pre-ordering an electronic device. I was aware of this but thought that the upgrades were minor and would'nt affect the overall design. Do i regret of having one of the very first XP in my hands? NO! As long as it work fine i must ad...
I'm one of those who got it's XP from PV's first batch (four holes and all) and i use it a lot, like 3 to 7 sesh a day for almost three weeks now. I experienced absolutely no problems at all and the unit is working perfectly fine. I hope it stays that way because i LOVE the XP! Best portable vape...
