@johnherbalizee Any plans to provide repairs for older models? My herbalizer decided to retire a few months ago after seven years of loyal service, and I miss it dearly.

I received a new 2" SS mill, for free. Like many of you, I wasn't exactly thrilled with the 30% discount they offered for a new one, so I replied to the email and politely declined. Surprisingly, they wrote back immediately with an offer to send a replacement, free of charge.

Can confirm. I managed to snag one last night right around 8:03. I checked again after completing my transaction and it was already sold out.
