I’ve only tried it with the thermocore, and it works best with the half bowl. It’s rly easy to combust with the XL using this method

12 seconds aiming it at the belly of the thermocore, and pulling it immediately at the first click. i get a RTL roast with a much more convection leaning signature, evidenced by better flavor and the additional lag before I see vapor after i begin to draw i plan on playing with the timing more...

i hope it’s not a ball vape. there’s already plenty in the market. very interested to see how the copper core is being applied with the tornado

while I am super excited about the forge and the tornado, i’ll sit this drop out and wait for the refined product. thermocore is an absolute unit of a vape, but it took some time to get to this point. going to let john cook a little longer What i appreciate about the forge for the time being is...

tried using a blazer big shot to heat my thermocore. pointed it right at the center of the belly and got to click in 12 secs with the half bowl. pleasantly surprised by the roast and the more convection leaning signature. may be the way I heat this bad boy moving forward...

are the screws for the handles for the wireless heads M5?

Was the head pre heated? That heat up was quick

Here’s my experience between different sleeves when touching between the head and airport after a few heat ups…assuming you don’t use the direct flow tube. Revolve titanium, HOT, hard to handle Tempest titanium, hot, can still handle but it will catch your attention Wood, warm, no problem...

Also love the WPA. It’s short, easy to clean, and practical. I think the airflow on it is just right too

Agree this TA is hybrid. There’s no way around the heat transfer to the bowl in the time it takes the balls to get heat soaked. Still leans convection though

Let us know how the grind holds up after it starts to get gunked. The SS Zam I have sucks after it starts getting gunked (weed gets trapped in the holes)
