I have found the same thing, after smoking a bit with a few friends a couple days ago I pulled out the box and by the end of the session there were 2 new mflb enthusiasts asking where to buy one.

Was browsing mf's site and noticed that they updated their online order page as well as adding some new launchbox products that have patterns etched in the acrylic, such as this one for example: figured I would share the update.

I have yet to receive mine as well, it says it left the USPS shipping depot in LA on the 11th, and it hasn't updated with any further information since, not even to tell me it has crossed the border up into Canada. Hopefully they don't route it all the way through Ontario for some reason or other.

You could try wrapping a thin piece of tape around part of the battery that doesn't connect the circuit, or inside the hole of the mflb itself, but other than that there isn't really much you could conceivably do.

It's a 14 mm connection, they also sell an 18 to 14 mm adapter on their website should it be needed.
