Naw, it doesn't matter how long I hold down the up and down buttons, it doesn't change anything. It won't turn off no matter what I do, it just keeps blinking one of the two patterns. Arizer has been quick in their replies; it looks like I'm going to be sending the unit in for repair/replacement.
