I believe this company is finally dead. I asked a question to their service email and it bounced. Also their address and phone number are now listed for another company. Pretty bummed. While it was overpriced I do love my Errlectric.

i was never very clear on how the hercs did wax. do i put a full .5 of full melt in at a time? or can i just do a dab.

i own the 3.7 Hercules it does an okay job vaping flower. but i used 7.4v on it and pulsed the button it did a great job. is this bad for the cart/can i damage it
