Whilst it is disappointing that progress is so slow ... We must be due for good news soon!

Here is quick update from our engineering team. Since our last update, we have been able to go through 2 additional revisions to eliminate the overheating issue. Our latest firmware update was running smoothly across the variable voltage/frequencies but in one instance we caught it overheating...

Sadly, my second EVO passed away on the weekend with small pieces of glass showing up on my coffee table. Hope others are having more luck!

Well ... My wife smelt burning and then starting hearing arcing inside ... Support ticket raised It tripped our fusebox the first time she turned it on ... So I suspect it may have something floating around inside causing the short. My unit is performing correctly ... And very well !

Not necessary ... The connectors are shorting with each other and the PCB due to a lack of clearance. I easily prised the switch out and using insulation tape to insulate the 240V connectors which were shorting and now my Evo is fixed ...
